One of Mission Beach`s true landmark properties, this home, built in 1985, is a statement of modern architecture blended with Hawaiian atmosphere, and was designed by world renowned architect Ken Kellogg. His past accomplishments include: several Chart House restaurants throughout California and Hawaii, as well as numerous exotic, one of kind ocean front homes, with uniquely famous designs.
The entire home fronts the Mission Beach Boardwalk, with unobstructed beach and water views from every room in the house! This unique home is designed with a mix of concrete, wood and glass that make it a one-of-a kind structure on the beach. The home is 2 levels with the kitchen, guest room and bathroom on the first floor and the master suite on the second. Off the kitchen is a poured in place concrete seating area with flat screen TV.
The large wood deck on the boardwalk has an outdoor dining table, and is the perfect place to watch the crashing surf and enjoy people watching along the boardwalk. Neighborhood shops and restaurants are all within walking distance!
The garage is small, only appropriate for a compact sized car but there is street parking on Strandway and Mission Blvd.
