Perfect Property--new--very clean---great location--awesome araura borealis from the yard!

  • 5 of 5

Myong was gracious to let us arrive early after our flight times changed. The property was very clean and orderly with a well stocked kitchen, W-D, good heat and hot water. My family had a great time and the first night we had a great Northern Lights show from 10pm to almost 5 am---it was great! Daily activities included visiting Denali, dog sledding, the Reindeer Ranch, ice fishing, viewing the dogsled races, the trapper's fur auction and Chena Hot Springs. We WILL be back soon for a summer visit and stay here.

We will return to this house! It was very clean! Beds were very comfortable, the view was gorgeous, very affordable and it was equipped with everything we needed! Thank you so much for opening your rental for us to stay! We travel a lot and this is one of the coziest houses we’ve ever rented! Highly recommend! Jennifer , James Gillispie and Family

Very nice home.

  • 5 of 5

The home is new and as shown in the pictures. Very clean and cozy. Very private setting yet not isolated. We had lots of snow during our stay and it was so beautiful. The view out of every window was breathtaking. It was very handy to be able to park our truck right outside the front door. There is also a plug right there if you need a heater for your vehicle.

The house is well stocked overall. The washer/dryer was very handy and worked well. There were lots of extra towels for our use. With the snow, we stayed in for several of our meals. The kitchen is well laid out and everything worked well. There is only one sauce pan, but we worked around that. Plenty of everything else.

There were just a few drawbacks, but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. The water had a slight yellowish tint and an odor, but we got a jug of water for drinking and did fine. Also, we were disappointed we couldn't get local stations, but I also never specifically asked about it.

The owner was easy to work with and left delicious cookies and a bottle of wine for us. The home is clean, nicely decorated and well laid out. We appreciated the big rug right inside the door. Plenty of room to get our snowy boots off. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful warm house in North Pole close to Fairbanks

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful time! Myong was a gracious host. All details about the house were accurate. She even left us some homemade pazzelles (delicious) and a bottle of wine. The house was very warm and cozy in the -25 degree winter. We loved it. Myong was also very nice enough to let us check out late since we hadn't got back to the house until the wee hours of the morning after an aurora excursion at Chena Springs. I would highly recommend the place.
