Manasquan is a great beach town! This classic beach bungalow is in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood a block from the beach and near restaurants, surfing, fishing and a cute downtown. The house includes four bedrooms, a living room with large flat-screen TV, kitchen, one bathroom, screened front and back porches, a back yard and an enclosed outdoor shower. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a double (standard) bed. One upstairs bedroom has two double (standard) beds, and the other upstairs bedroom has two single beds. There is off-street parking for one car.

About Sandy Perry
I've been going to the beach in Manasquan my whole life. It's one of my favorite places and a wonderful spot to have a vacation home. My husband and I bought the house from my parents, who bought it in the 1950s.
Sandy Perry purchased this House in 1994
What makes this House unique
My typical guests are people who love the NJ shore in general and Manasquan's low-key vibe in particular. They want to spend as much time at the beach as possible, and everyone loves the convenience of being just a one-minute walk from the beach.
