About Edith Frampton
I grew up in San Diego. After 20 years studying and working in Boston, New York, and London, I can honestly say there is no place like home. San Diego is a magnificent city and California inspires the soul. Our glorious garden studio efficiency for two is the perfect base from which to explore the city. A short walk through the charming, historic village of Kensington takes you to Adams Avenue, with shops, fitness studios, cafes, restaurants, a library, renowned art-film house called the Ken Cinema, and more. A ten-minute drive gets you to the trendy breweries and other night spots of Normal Heights and North Park and the tranquility of Balboa Park, with its museums, theatres, and zoo. A fifteen-minute drive gets you multiple beaches. A seven-minute drive gets you to San Diego State University, the University of San Diego, and Qualcomm Stadium. The apartment is attached to the main house but is entirely separate, so that you'll have complete privacy.

Amazingly thoughtful!
Couldn't be happier with our recent stay. Everything was so well laid out and communicated it took away the stress that can be associated with traveling. Super clean suite located in a great neighborhood just added to the charm. Thanks again for a great stay Edith!
Clean and comfortable - highly recommend!
We stayed three nights and enjoyed the property very much! Our host left a generous supply of snacks, coffees, etc... Everything was very clean and all of our needs were met! Will stay here again!
Cute Kensington Retreat
My wife & I enjoyed our week with Edith. The Suite was well stocked with healthy snacks for my wife and fresh coffee for me. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The Kensington Neighborhood is very quiet, clean and walkable. We liked this area because the freeways were very close and the downtown core is about 15 minutes away. There are several charming neighborhoods in this area and they are very close in proximity. Each has their own character and were great discoveries. Edith was available when we had questions and gave us great ideas for restaurants. This was our first time to San Diego and we are glad that we discovered Edith and this location. We will be back!
