The view is unbelievable!!

Picture yourself on the lanai at sunrise. Directly, unobstructed, 50 FEET from the ocean, and experiencing the most breathtaking sunrise of your life. This Beautiful Pono Kai Condo is the place!! Yes, the picture was taken from the condo's lanai with my cheap camera. Complete amenities: Full kitchen, dining room, living room w/55' plasma TV, two large bedrooms , two bathrooms with private entries, private lanai, pool, hot tub, spa, tennis, exercise room, volleyball, BBQ grills, free WiFi, 3 mile bike path along ocean, FREE parking, etc etc.

Sooo much better than a HOTEL room. HOTEL ROOM: $300-400 for a tiny room, no kitchen, one tiny bathroom, crowded hallways, tiny fridge with expensive food, no living room.....and expensive parking.

Upgraded (Dec 2017) oceanfront, this1160 square foot, spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is on what many consider 'the finest family beach on Kauai'. B208 in B Building. This condo comfortably sleeps 2-6 people in the beds! No inconvenient living room hide-a-bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom/vanity (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has TWO full-size beds PLUS a twin bunk, TV, and private access to 2nd bathroom (sleeps 4 easily) for a total of 6. Plus NEW cabinets/countertops, floors, and living room furniture.. LARGER Group? RENT ALL 3! Coin-operated laundry room is just down the hall, steps away for easy access.

Elevator access makes for easy coming and going. About Bryan

We have seven children and 15 grandchildren. Farrah and Rachel (our daughters) manage the rentals for us and will do everything possible to make your Kauai visit a wonderful experience.

Why Bryan chose Kapaa

We love Kauai and especially Kapaa and Pono Kai. The resort is in a perfect location on the island and is very family friendly. The sunrises are spectacular!!! Our kids love to come vacation here year after year. We always find something new on the island. There are truly 101 things to do!!! We have purchased and furnished THREE beautiful condos for rental and personal use.

What makes this condo unique

The ocean and beach are directly in front of the condo. The grounds are meticulously manicured. The 5 mile biking/walking path goes in front of our condo and up and down the island for awesome morning and evening rides/walks. The condo is centrally located on the island (Kapaa) so driving time is minimized. Great restaurants and activities abound all over and we can mingle with the locals and not feel stampeded by tourists. Perfect Hawaiian experience.

Can't wait to come back!

We spent 4 nights at Pono Kai Bldg B, Apt 208. We were looking for an affordable beach front home that was clean, relaxing, and could accomodate our 4 kids. We found it in this condo. The condo has a large and spacious master bedroom and our kids were comfortable in the 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The kitchen was well equipped and we saved a lot of money by preparing our own meals. We even used the grill outside to grill one night. The laundry room was just below us and a great asset. Bryan provided us plenty of towels, sheets and blankets to make our stay very comfortable. Now for the Amazing bonus... the View! Every morning we sat on the balcony with our coffee and just watched the sunrise and the water lap up on to the beach just a few feet away. At night, our family would play putt-putt (clubs & a ball provided at the front desk) just outside the condo as the moon rose from the ocean. The condo was easily accessible to the North and South parts of Kauai. We also enjoyed a 2 block walk into the town of Kapaa where there were some cute shops and some great places to grab a bite to eat. Thank you Bryan for providing an oasis for our family in Kauai!

We had a wonderful time un this gorgeous unit, facing the ocean.

The ocean at your doorstep

This is truly a great location in Kapaa. This condo is as close as you can get to the ocean. Pretty much the only thing between you and the surf is the paved boardwalk that is great for morning walks and bike riding. Most other people staying in the complex had to walk over to the ocean to see the sunrise. We just sat on our private deck with a cup of coffee still in our PJ’s. The unit is very recently tastefully remodeled. Highly recommend this unit.

Disappointed with condo condition and supplies

The condo is in a perfect location , however , could use some maintenance on electrical outlets that shorted out. There were no instructions for the use of the television and cable box. There was only one wine glass and no opener. The knives were dull with no way to sharpen. Out of three beach chairs only one was usable.

Owner's Response: The condo was recently remodeled. The contractor replaced the flooring in living room, kitchen, bathrooms and hall, replaced carpet in bedrooms, mirrors, doorknobs, repaired damage to the front door, replaced damaged interior door, repainted, removed popcorn from ceilings, resurfaced the lanai, replaced lounger on lanai, installed new 55" TV, replaced drapes, added new baseboards, added boogie boards, and replaced the most needed outlets (per electrician) in living room, bathrooms, hallways, and vanities. ---- Major remodel. The bedroom outlets were replaced just recently along with adding a few beach chairs, adding wine glasses, knife sharpener, and corkscrew. Learning the TV remote to the new 55" TV...... always tricky. Bryan and Arden
