Roku 50" TV +2 more TVs with lots of channels and wIfi. 5 min to Skyridge Medical center, CCRM, Lone Tree recreation center, library, RTD Lincoln light rail, I-25. Near Park Meadows mall, Costco, restaurants. 15 min to Denver Tech Center (DTC). No pets, no smoking (inside or out), no loud music, no guest parties/ no hosting others (guest guests), no burning candles, no loud music. We live upstairs (2 adults and a child).

Comforts of Home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. It was the perfect neighborhood to enjoy our walks. Our grandson loved the park right around the corner, behind the house. There was plenty of play space and amenities. The owner was very hospitable, professional and easy to contact. Thank you again

Great property

Very convenient for what we wanted to visit in Denver. Clean, well-maintained and we-equipped. If you have a little one there is a good high chair, pack 'n play, and stroller provided.

Nice patio with propane grill. We had a very nice BBQ for 8 1/2 people and were very comfortable.

We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Owner's Response: Bbq was taken away since. We are not ok with guests entertaining their friends and family at our property. It is one of the house rules not to do.

This was a very clean and private property

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The owner was very prompt in answering any questions I may have had and very personable while leaving us to ourselves. It was very comfortable with all amenities provided. While we did not have time to enjoy it, there was a nice patio table and chairs just outside our patio doors with nice landscaping and the flowers were even kind enough to blossom while we were there so I could enjoy them. We would be happy to stay there again when visiting the area for short visits. The home was very easy to get to and close to shopping.

Parking is on the left side of the driveway or on the street. Guests have the entire furnished walkout basement, 2 bedrooms, appliances and private entrance. We live upstairs (2 adults and a child). Guests have a separate, private living space. You wont see me unless you need assistance. No smoking, no loud music, no hosting or entertaining other guests. No candle lighting, etc. The place is private and quiet but not sound proof.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
