This is a ranch style bungalow in the newer part of Aiken SC. The home is in a safe quiet setting but within 5 minutes of eateries, shopping and fantastic GOLF. Aiken is one of our nations thoroughbred horse grounds. Polo, Racing and English equestrian riding abundant. The home itself is set up to nicely sleep 6 people. We prefer no pets but would listen to your story... I want to keep the setting nice and don't encourage loud partying as my neighbors are older and keep to them selves. We are two hours from Charleston, 2 hours from Savannah and 1 hour from Columbia. The downtown area is historic and quaint with an alley filled with restaurants and breweries and the shopping is great.

Amazing home and hostess
We came to Aiken for a tennis tournament. The house is close to the courts and a short drive to the adorable downtown area. We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Pam was so helpful and quick to respond to texts and specia requests. The home is spacious, warm, inviting, and so clean! We were very impressed with the property. We would highly recommend this home! We were all comfortable and felt at home. Honestly, an excellent experience and will be back if we have another tournament in Aiken. Thanks so much Pam!
Thank you!!! Look forward to having you back !!
Gorgeous property and wonderful owner
This place feels like home. Could not have been cleaner or more inviting. Owner was accessible and gave another person’s number as well just in case. Very accommodating and really wanted us to be happy. House is bigger than it looks online and has a huge fenced in, private yard. So quiet at night and on a very nice street. Bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends of the house so if you came with another couple, you would have lost of privacy. And if I died in the master bathroom, I would be happy if you left me there. Huge jacuzzi tub, private toilet and the entire bathroom is almost bigger than my bedroom at home. Just a lovely home with an even lovelier owner. We hope to be able to return soon.
Thank you !! Look forward to your next visit
Sessions Drive HomeAway
We rented this beautiful home for an October wedding weekend in Aiken, SC. There were four of us and the house was very accommodating and perfect for our weekend. We all had our own "personal space" with everything we needed. We did not cook but for those who would want to cook, there is an abundance of kitchen utensils, beautiful plates, glasses, pots/pans and even a super nice crock pot! Home was immaculate and having the over-sized double garage was perfect for unloading my 94-yr old mom. The house has an easy entrance from the garage. Master suite and bath are extremely large. Two bedrooms share a bath on one side of the home and the master suite has all of its privacy on the opposite side of the home. There was also a nice patio and back yard. The location was perfect for us in arriving at the Bridesmaids Brunch on Sat. morning and the wedding that afternoon at Green Boundary. If there had been time, it would be a great place for your morning/afternoon walks. I highly recommend this property. Our emails and any questions/concerns were answered promptly.
Thank you and Happy travels..
3 SISTERS TRIP
My 2 sisters and I took our first trip together in May 1996. Our mother had never been to Biltmore Estate so we took her there for Mother's Day. She passed away in 2010. So after many years of it being the four of us on our trips it's just the three of us now. We had never been to Aiken before but decided to visit this year. We had a great time. Went on a ghost tour Friday night. Then shopped all day Saturday. On Sunday morning before we left town we stopped by Hopelands Gardens. Everyone we talked to was very friendly. We had been staying in hotels but decided we would try a house this time. We all three were very happy we chose the one we did. The house is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. The master bedroom and bathroom are both huge. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are a nice size too. We enjoyed starting our day sitting around the breakfast area table drinking our coffee and tea in the morning and ending our day sitting in the living room watching television and talking. The neighborhood is very quiet too. No cars racing up and down the street. Pam was very helpful and just a phone call away if we needed anything. We are planning on coming back to Aiken in the spring. Hope this house will be available.
Thank you..we look forward to your next visit!!
Awesome Home in a Great Neighborhood
I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. The owner, Pam, was so accommodating. This is a spacious house with a large backyard that has an herb garden and is completely fenced and private. It's just a short drive to the quaint part of Aiken with shops and dining. Pam has provided everything which made my stay very comfortable. I felt at home here and will definitely return when I visit Aiken again.
