You will be living as the Ashevillians do, 5 minute access to downtown, great eateries on Haywood Road, Isis, the #1 small venue for bluegrass music, great park to run and exercise plus a climbing wall within 1 mile, easy access to all groceries, close proximity to the highways and Blue Ridge Parkway, lots of guides, manual to guide you to quick use of house, wi-fi, streaming t.v. with amazon, netflix etc movies. It has been rented for four years with lots of good recommendations short term. City ordinance now dictates I have to rent for 30 days. It has served in that capacity as home to two renters who were transferred to Asheville and they were very happy with the situation. It is a perfect place to call home while you are "checking" out the area for resettlement, looking for a home, finishing a book, enrolling to study here. The place has a lot of local material and maps to help you with any endeavor you can imagine. I hiked these mountains, paddled the rivers and enjoyed the Blue Ridge Mountains as I was raising my family. I was filled up and renewed with this activity juxtaposed to my life in the city. I have moved here now that my two boys are grown and off on adventures of their own with family. The creativity of other Asheville people attracted me as well. I have been involved in the Arts my whole life and loved that orientation here. Also, I am a conscious eater and appreciate the organic food and wonderful restaurant in the area. I could be busy every day and night without discipline. There are wonderful people attracted to the area who have pursued interesting share a lot.

Why Jane chose West Asheville
I have been self employed my whole life and have owned rental property my whole adult life. I have traveled extensively, but always feel "at home" when I return here. I purchased this property as an income property for my retirement. I also like to have others in close proximity ... separate but equal so to speak.
