It offers WIFI, flat screen TV, hardwood floors, tile bath, two large windows looking out onto cosmopolitan Tremont Street, and a kitchenette with a granite counter, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It is in the heart of Boston’s popular South End, with the highest concentration of the best restaurants in the city, stylish shops and the famous Formaggio’s which offers outstanding international cheeses. About 350 Square feet.
NOTE: It is on the 3rd floor walk-up, with steep stairs. Walk 13 minutes to Copley Square and just beyond is posh Newbury St. It is a 20 minute walk to the Boston Common and the Freedom Trail or you can take the metro, 5 blocks away. In just a few minutes you will be at Quincy Market, the North End and many other attractions. The metro is also convenient to Fenway Park and the Boston and Cambridge universities. All linens and kitchen items provided. It accommodates up to 2 people and for larger parties there are 2 other private rooms on the same floor which can each accommodate 2 people (#983969 & #1083046) and one full apartment on the 4th floor which accommodates up to 4 guests (#983970). Note: steep stairs.

Okay for the price
The place. Was clean and pleasantly decorated. The only downside was the shower which the doors were broken and it took forever for the water , 10 minutes, to get hot. Steps going up to apt were narrow. Would be difficult for some
Nice and bright but hard to sleep in
The space is newly remodeled, spacious, clean and bright. You could probably enjoy an extended stay here, based on the furnishings. Great shower, fridge and microwave. But I didn't sleep well there. There's lots of light from the streetlights coming in, and I heard loud conversations from the street, some even after I turned on the bathroom fan for white noise. There is also no temp control in the room and we got too hot at night.
Exactly what was expected from the pictures.

Guest will pay occupancy tax (10-15%) if taxes are imposed. This amount will be automatically processed on your credit card when /if taxes are imposed. LONG TERM: (One month or longer) The required minimum number of months (from the 1st month onward) is non-refundable. Additional months over the required minimum are non-refundable if cancelled less than 2 months prior. (Note: Any dates we rebook will be refunded.) Months must be rented consecutively. Minimum $100 fee. 1/2 month security deposit ($500 if just one month rental)
