Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable visit in this fully furnished, 1bedroom/1bath duplex. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the living room is furnished with a six-piece sectional, a roll-away air mattress can be provided for a third occupant. Max occupancy is 3 either way.
This "Little Bit of Haven in Historic Downtown Grapevine" is furnished with the six piece sectional and 4K smart TV. The kitchen and dining areas are perfect for cooking/dining as it is equipped with all standard kitchen appliances and dining table seating 4 diners. However, with all the restaurants close by you will probably not want to cook! We also have a Keurig Coffeemaker (with a limited selection of KCups) to help you get your day started.
Situated a block from the center of Historic Downtown Grapevine, it is in walking distance to your breakfast, lunch; shopping; evening dining and a night at one (or all) of the nine wineries. We are also across the street from one of Grapevine's oldest wineries and a landmark Mexican Restaurant that is the "Margarita Capital of TX".
You can spend the day enjoying nearby attractions such as the activities at Gaylord Texan Hotel and Grapevine Mills Mall and Main Event.
Grapevine has the Vintage Railroad that makes a daily trip to the Historic Stockyards in Fort Worth.
Historic Downtown Grapevine is the "Christmas Capital of Texas" with continuous holiday activities from Thanksgiving to New Year. We are located 3.5 miles from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Property is a duplex and provides the following:
One car carport (It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that a vehicle NOT be parked on the driveway during "Pecan" season (July through late September). Street parking is allowed on E. Worth St. Should you have a problem finding a parking space please call ask for information on backup parking.) You will be responsible for the cleaning of your vehicle should you decide to park under the Pecan trees.

EACH SECTIONAL UNIT IN THE LIVING ROOM CAN BE "LOCKED" TO ANOTHER SECTIONAL UNIT.
EACH SECTIONAL HAS 1 U-SHAPED LOCK THAT SLIDES AROUND A POST ON THE NEXT SECTIONAL. THE U-SHAPED LOCK NEEDS TO BE SWIVELED AROUND TO FACE THE POST ON THE CONNECTING SECTION. TO SECURE AND SEPARATE, FIRMLY PUSH/PULL SECTIONS. AFTER SEPARATING SECTIONS PLEASE SWIVEL THE U-SHAPED LOCK BACK UNDER THE SECTION.
