About Vacasa of Winter Park

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great location, great cabin

  • 5 of 5

Very clean, spacious, great view, good water pressure for the mountains, yes you can hear the road-due to easy access to cabin off of hwy 40. Could use a hot tub outside if they are looking to add another feature since no fires. Garage made things even easier and the deck was perfect. Neighbors were a bit noisy installing a zip line a couple days down.

Great cabin; not so peaceful

  • 2 of 5

Overall the cabin is fantastic. However, our stay was not so peaceful with construction going on right outside the bedroom and bathroom windows. Several mornings by or before 8:00AM there was shoveling, drilling, and more. When going on vacation in the middle of the woods in a cabin, this was most definitely not appreciated. I understand things need repaired, but this should be scheduled in-between stays or blocked off on the calendar so no one has to stay during this. Also, there were ants in the kitchen that ate up some of our fruit. WiFi was not great, but not a big deal since that wasn't the purpose of our visit. Overall, beautiful property and accommodations, but did not enjoy waking up to heavy breathing and construction noise.

Beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Very roomy, beautiful inside, great deck on the back of the house that we really enjoyed as a family. Stocked pretty good. We felt like a great location to lakes, Rocky Mountain National Park in one direction and Winter Park, darling town, in the other direction. I would recommend this home for sure.

Perfect summer cabin!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed there in July as a quick little getaway and it was perfect. The house is beautiful - so quiet and peaceful! Yet, conveniently located to Grand Lake, RMNP, Winter Park, Frasier and much more so plenty to do.
