Spacious apartment in the center of town with one designated parking spot labeled just for you in the private lot next to the row of homes here! For any additional vehicles, all day street parking is best handled with a Visitors Parking Day Pass from the City of Savannah Visitors Center.

Huge one bedroom unit with King size bed and en suite bathroom. Extra half bathroom off the dining area and a comfortable Twin size Day-Bed in living room (in addition to the sofa). Full kitchen. 2nd floor, no elevator. Central location near restaurants, night life and tourist destinations. Licensed rental City of Savannah SVR-794

This is a very spacious one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a historic 3 story building. You will be above an art gallery and below another vacation rental unit. You have a private apartment door on the 2nd floor. There is a shared washer and dryer in the ground floor common foyer. You are permitted to use that laundry if needed, but you should provide your own detergent and you should not leave items unattended as the housekeeper may need to use the machines and she will not know what to do with your clothes.

There is a shared entry lobby type area and then your private apartment door leads to your private residence. This apartment has a full bathroom, a bedroom with King bed, a Living Room, a Kitchen/Dining Room and a Half Bathroom

I live in Savannah but will not spend time with you in a normal situation. This is a rental for independent people. I am more than happy to talk to you and answer questions as needed and can help with anything that goes wrong!

Neighborhood overview

This is such an ideal location in the center of Savannah's Downtown. This is under half a mile to the Riverfront. You will have a private parking spot.

Getting around

Walking is the ideal method to explore Savannah. You can also get a taxi or Uber, ride in a Pedi-Cab or take the city bus or new Free Trolley (the purple trolley is free from Department of Transportation).

Other things to note

If you are a smoker and smoke outdoors do NOT leave cigarette butts on the ground either in the front of the building or in the back. You must dispose of your cigarette butts in a green city trash bin in the alley. Please do not have the exterior door or windows open while the AC is running.

For any additional vehicles, all day street parking is best handled with a Visitors Parking Day Pass from the City of Savannah Visitors Center.
