When you get here, you'll be delighted to find:

After an active day on the trails and at the parks, head for the back patio, and enjoy some of your favorite steaks or veggies on the commercial grade grill. The kitchen is ready to help with meal prep, too, thanks to stainless appliances, cabinets stocked with dishes and cookware, and a spacious island that quickly becomes a group meeting point for morning coffee (and evening drinks).

When dinner is ready, everyone will have space to gather around the dining room table (seats up to 8) and the kitchen bar (with 4 barstools).

Also on the ground floor, you'll find the dining room, the main living space, and the master suite. Sink into the wraparound sofa and cool off in the A/C, or cozy up the gas fireplace on a chilly evening.

Upstairs, a bonus room is sure to become the kids' favorite hangout—a place to hook up a gaming station or display the day's Go-Pro footage on the big screen and relive the highlights. The second and third bedrooms are located on this floor, as well.

Packing suggestions: Go-Pro, helmets, hiking boots, binoculars, gaming station to connect to one of the five TVs, and a bean bag toss for nightly competition on the patio.


The king size master suite (on the ground floor) is dressed in deluxe linens and is a place to retreat and re-energize. The 3-piece en-suite bath has a spacious shower and plenty of counter space.

The light and airy second bedroom (upstairs) has two queen beds with a 4-piece en-suite bath.

Lastly, the bunk suite, also located on the 2nd floor, has three twin beds and one full-size bed (sleeps up to 5). Its attached bath features a tub/shower combo.


Step out onto the oversized, stained concrete patio for cold beverages in view of the La Sal Mountains. An outdoor sectional provides a plush place to put your feet up. After the sun goes down, stay tuned for the collection of stars that fill Moab’s clear and expansive night skies.


Our townhouse is located just a 5-mile drive south of downtown Moab with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. Vast expanses of stunning desert await at Arches National Park, which is only a 10-mile drive away. Stand before the awe-inspiring beauty of Delicate Arch (if you get there at dawn, you'll find fewer people for a more peaceful experience), Balanced Rock and many more works of natural art.

Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park are other popular spots to take in Utah's beauty. Explore the landscape of contrasting colors, landforms and textures that are unlike any other place in the world.

Plenty of room, very nice and private

We came down to go jeeping, we come to Moab a couple times a yr, but have always just stayed in a motel. The condo was very nice there was plenty of room for us all and it was nice to have a kitchen to be able to fix our own meals. The only thing that would make it better for my situation would be if there was an area to park a trailer nearby

Very clean and accommodating for families with kids

It was perfect for our needs. The kids had a nice area to hangout in and there was no fighting over TVs because every room had one. We just wish there was a hot tub on that beautiful patio!

Very nice property. Super clean and plenty of beds for our group.

We came out for 5 days of mountain biking. Very comfortable after longs days in the saddle. Great kitchen and grill. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and body wash. Overall a great experience. Will be happy to rent again in the future.
