Three bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a queen bed and the fifth bedroom has three bunks and one trundle bed along with two pullout queensize sofas in two family rooms. This open concept entertainment home has multiple decks and porches throughout the house as well as a rooftop deck. There is also a two car garage with plenty of parking space and a full gorgeous gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. You have use of the full service gas grill located next to a beautiful private pool just steps outside the door.

Family Vacation

We stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There were 11 of us in our group, and there was room to spare! The house is gorgeous and immaculate. We enjoyed going to the beach, spending time in the pool, relaxing on the many decks and visiting the stores and restaurants across the bridge. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool and spent most of their time there. We also visited Charleston one afternoon and wished we had another day to go back. The owner of the home was wonderful to work with - she responded immediately to all of our questions during the rental process and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We had a great time and would love to go back in the future.

Love this place

This place was fantastic. It was our second year in IoP with a group of four couples and seven kids and this had pretty much everything we wanted/needed, and we loved it MUCH more than the place we stayed the year prior. I highly recommend, and would easily stay here again if our journeys take us to the area. We had a minor issue with the pool filtering system and the manager was immediately on it and resolved it about as quickly as you possibly could. Golf cart was a massive plus as well. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great Stay!

Three families came together in July for our annual family get together. The house is wonderful with lots of space for everyone (5 adults and 4 kids). The bedrooms are laid out well with porches galore. The kitchen was easy for all the cooks to use with a huge center island. The beach access is close and very walkable, but we did use the golf cart some too. The beach is beautiful with an abundance of shells. The backyard pool was great for the kids and adults. It is in a charming setting and is shaded a good portion of the day, which is great with the sunshine. Lots of beach toys to use and games and puzzles in the livingroom for game nights. Several nearby restaurants, good shopping, groceries, etc. A big playground is within a block of the house. Charleston is close and we made it to the aquarium there one day. It is small, but has a lot of different species and is very kid friendly.

We had a great stay and would book again.

A mixture of old Southern hospitality & very modern glamour, with privacy & silence.

My family (all of my children are now adults) gets together from all over the U.S., yearly. We stay in a V.R.B.O. home in the most glamorous of locales. This Charleston/Isle of Palms home is perfectly located, sized, & priced. Less than 4 minutes walking distance from the beach (with 4 y/o grandchildren). 4 large bedrooms plus a bunkroom for our 3 young grandsons. Huge. Beautiful & spotless. Beautiful appointments & furnishings. Perfectly maintained. I did not want to leave that master bedroom & shower. A nice swimming pool. The Isle of Palms, just to the North of Charleston, is a convenient, very safe location with close shopping & a broad spectrum of restaurants, huge empty beaches. Isolated from the rest of the world with great privacy, yet close enough to enjoy the beauty of historic Charleston within minutes. Great parking. Our daughters did their medical specialty residencies at MUSC in Charleston over 4 yrs., so we had a great advantage when looking for the perfect home in the perfect locale. Pat, the owner, is friendly, informative, very efficient, & immediately responsive to any questions. A maintenance firm with a 24/7 number was available if needed (it wasn't). Save yourself your research time & take this beautiful home, if you wish to stay anywhere in the Charleston area. Did I say that it was HUGE? You will not regret it.

Great house for a family reunion. Had a great time here! Plenty of room for all (from a 2yr old to a great-great-grandma). Enjoyed every aspect of this house, from the HUGE master bedroom to the ping pong table. A little cool, but we still made good use of the pool. The location was great and an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The house is clean and a small maintenance request was quickly handled by very nice friendly people. Pat was very accommodating and easy to talk to with any questions. A couple of visits to downtown Charleston were a must do, even though we are originally from the area. Timing was perfect to view the 2015 red moon from one of the rooftop balconies. Nice quiet neighborhood with a park for the little ones right around the corner also. Would definitely come back myself and recommend to others!!
