About the property

This is a bed and breakfast close to the Pinery and the beach.

The bedroom has a double bed which is $125 per night and includes a small refrigerator, TV and DVD player. Price includes breakfast which is served between 8:30 am and 10 am.

There is a four piece bathroom including a tub.

Check in is at 3pm and check out the next day is at 11am. During your stay feel free to wander our 6 acre hobby farm property and see the horses and chickens and wild rabbits. We are a family oriented property and non smoking but we are pet friendly.

Guests are also welcome to use our outdoor fire pit in the evening.

Great property and hosts!

George and Dina were great hosts - it was a very pleasant stay for us. The property is very clean, and offers everything. Proximity to the beach, woods, privacy, very clean rooms (the floors are so squeaky clean our kids kept sliding!). Their kids are great - and got along with ours really well!

They were so generous in offering their kids toys for ours to play with, which is really really appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic - the best melons we've experienced, and their generosity in letting us use their kitchen to make lunch and dinner is appreciated as well!

Thanks for a great stay - all of us enjoyed it. We highly recommend to anyone!

Disappointed... Will Never go back

I assumed all was well prior to staying here… That’s why you don’t assume! I spoke with the owner prior to staying, informing him that we have a baby with us. I wanted to make sure this place was suitable. He informed me it was, so I figured no problem…. I was WRONG! When we arrived, we noticed it was a little hot in the house and just shrugged it off because we just got there, maybe we were warm because we unloaded the vehicle and were getting ready to leave to meet our family. We came back to the house later in the night after hanging with family, our son was asleep(9 months old, it’s better when they’re asleep!) but he was woken up by their dog barking at us as soon as we walked in(Loud German Shepherd, which stays on visitors side of house). We got back to the room with, our now crying baby, and we realize it’s 85-86 degrees in this house! So now we have a screaming baby and he’s sweating and we’re sweating(Not Happy). We ask the owners to turn the air conditioning on, they inform us they don’t have any… Like that must have slipped their mind when I asked them if this place is OK for a baby! They mention they are doing renovations, I think that’s important information to give your customers if they are spending money with your business(I know, first world problems-No AC, but still). I would not have booked this place if I would have been informed there was no air conditioning. Based on the pictures, I assumed a place that “looks nice” like this would have it… I know, my fault for assuming, but we are very frustrated… The icing on the cake, my son get’s heat rash(for 48hrs) from their house being sooo hot. I would have dealt with the unfortunate situation if it were just my wife and I, but now my son is in pain and has a rash because of their negligence. They offered us a free weekend(off of VRBO’s books) to try and compensate for this, which I think is shady. I didn’t accept or decline at this point because we have another 4 days scheduled to be there, and I don’t want it to be more awkward than it already is. After staying, and we return home, I message them saying that I would like the “free weekend” they offered us given to us as a credit for this recent trip. He does give me a small credit… But if we were going based on VRBO’s prices I would have received an additional $100 back… He replied "We appreciate your business and as a courtesy we made that offer to you but we are not required to do so. We are considering this case closed." Wow!
