I love Portland but also love traveling all over the world. I'm from the Midwest originally and have lived in Portland for several years. You'll be staying with me and my son, and we are either out or we hang out upstairs mostly when guests are in town.
What makes this Townhome unique
We're close to everything on the East side, less than a block to the MAX, the airport, right off I-205, and the two bus lines go down Burnside St and Belmont St to the popular Hawthorne area. Also close to banks, supermarkets, good food, shopping, and Mall 205.

It was a little further out than we expected, but with easy access to the blue line this was easily overcome. Great little place and a very friendly owner!
Nice and Comfortable, Great Location
I loved staying in this apartment. It is perfectly designed for a shared Home Away rental. Maya is a fantastic person, she answers all questions, gives great suggestions and will help if a problem occurs. Best Home Away experience!
Great place to stay!
The apartment had everything we wanted, including a very nice kitchen stocked with the basics, which we were graciously allowed to use. It was a very comfortable stay, at an extremely reasonable rate.
Simple and Perfect
My husband and I were in Portland for 5 days over St. Patrick's Day weekend and the prices to stay anywhere were a bit outrageous. We have always been weary of booking to stay in just a room of a home instead of having the whole place to ourselves BUT Erica's house was quiet and quaint and exactly what we needed. As we really just wanted to explore Portland for the majority of the time we were there but obviously still needed a place to sleep this was a great option. We did not even run into Erica until the third day we were in town but she still made sure to check in and make sure we were doing okay and did not need anything extra for our stay. Her house is EXTREMELY clean and a nice place to come back and relax in after a long day of being out on the town. Only about 15-20 minutes for UBER/LYFT to Portland Downtown from her house. Would definitely stay again if we cam back to Portland.
Great, comfortable stay!
Very nice and clean space. Comfortable bed and good location. Erica was a very nice host. Would stay again.
A Wonderful Place to Stay in East Portland
I spent 9 nights while on family business in Portland. Although I was not in a typical tourist mode, this lodging was perfect for my needs. It was very comfortable. The bed was great. The availability of the kitchen and refrigerator space made my day easier and healthier since I did not have to eat all my meals at a restaurant. Although I did not use the large screen entertainment system, access to the living area gave me a huge amount of space to roam. This property gives the feel of living in a huge suite. And most important, Erica was very considerate of my needs and was a pleasure to talk with. I can highly recommend this property if you want a convenient comfortable living space with easy access to major highways and the light rail system. What a bargain!
Fred Meyer & WinCo supermarkets one mile North on 102nd. Lots of nearby restaurants, banks, bars within walking distance around Mall 205. All of Portland available via the Blue line MAX and buses 15 and 20 for Belmont & Burnside routes. Check trimet.org for public transit info.
