Our East Austin Oasis is perfect for groups visiting our city. Featuring tons of sleeping arrangements and huge clean bathrooms. Being in the heart of Austin will give you the opportunity to walk to some of the best and most famous restaurants in the city like Franklins BBQ, Moonshine Patio, and Boteco. We feature king sized beds and two queen sized beds with air mattresses on request. Crisp, clean linens and a safe neighborhood! Our home is best for bachelor parties, corporate events, or families coming to visit our beautiful city.
Upon arriving to our house you are greeted by a well furnished patio area featuring 2 sets of dining tables with seating for 10 plus a BBQ. The ideal place if you want to celebrate a special time with family or just hang out with friends!
As you open the door you will be accessing a modern and newly constructed home. The living area features a large chocolate leather sectional along with a full sized Smart TV. Further down is our wooden dining table with light blue chairs and space for comfortably seating six guests. Our kitchen is typical American style with an extensive gas range, oven and range. In addition there is a dishwasher, coffee maker, spacious fridge- freezer and an island with a microwave, storage cupboards and drawers. Here downstairs there is also a half bathroom and laundry facilities. White painted walls give the house a chic touch of elegance making it unique for your stay in Austin!
There is a flight of stairs that will take you up to our bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with premium mattress, fresh linens and fluffy duvet along with a desk work space, full ensuite and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom likewise features a king sized bed, ceiling fan and a large window making it particularly bright and cheerful. The third bedroom contains two comfortable queen sized beds. There is a shared bathroom which is spotlessly clean.
Texas State Capitol (0.9 miles) Great and interesting construction built in 1888. Beautiful grounds. Well maintained and secure at all hours.
Auditorium Shores (4.0 miles) Urban green space which is a great place to go running or to take an afternoon stroll.
Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike trail (2.1 miles) Picturesque scenery. A long path that's runnable, walkable, or bikeable. You can also rent small boats to go on the lake.
Zilker Park (4.6 miles) Canoes, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Amazing place to visit or just to wonder and relax.
Bullock Texas State History Museum (1.5 miles) The entire history of Texas grouped together in one place
Congress Av Bridge (2.0 miles) The best place to watch the bats and sunset.
Blanton Museum of Art (1.4 miles) Beautiful museum located at UT. Good collection of European, American and Latin Art.
University of Texas Tower (2.7 miles) Historic campus tower and observation deck.
Texas Memorial Museum (1.9 miles) Impressive collection of fossils. Admission free!

Other things to note
Every person who needs to be on the property, including outdoor spaces, needs to be on the reservation. This includes non overnight guests. So if you have 4 people staying overnight and 4 friends visiting - you need to make a reservation for 8. You can add guests up until your check in using the alteration tool.
