This 2BR/2BA condo is on the fourth floor of one of the very few four-story buildings in Mission Beach, meaning you’ll have great views! It sleeps six in spacious comfort. It is also handicap accessible.

Enjoy partial ocean views from the balcony and partial bay views from both bedrooms.

Your rental includes assigned on-site parking, rare for Mission Beach, but you won’t need your car to enjoy the beach—you’re less than a block from Mission Beach and Mission Bay. The rental also includes beach items such as an ice chest, wagon, sand chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and sand toys.

You are also less than 5 minutes from the world-famous Belmont Amusement Park with retro amusements for the whole family.


An open-concept dining and living room is anchored with hardwood floors, and opens to the balcony. Take in the fresh sea air and admire sunset views over the water.

When the sun goes down, unwind on the couch and watch the 50” wall-mounted TV with cable and free HBO and Cinemax channels. For more entertainment, there are also board games located in the cabinet under the TV.

There’s a formal dining table for eight and two seats at the granite kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need should you want to eat in.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet with mirrored sliding doors, and there’s an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower that includes bars for those who are handicapped.

The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk and twin trundle. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

There is elevator access to the fourth floor and your rental includes one on-site assigned parking space.


Perched at the end of Mission Boulevard, you’re just a few steps from Mission Point Park, a bayside green space with a playground for the kids. South Mission Beach is a 4-minute stroll away, and Mission Beach Park is just 13 minutes (or 4 minutes by car), so take your pick of sands.

Belmont Park is also 4 minutes by car, offering beachside amusements with a retro vibe. You’re 3 miles from SeaWorld, and 5 from historic Old Town, where you can tour the sites and then stop for a bite at one of the many eateries on offer.

We were attracted initially by no stairs (elevator access) and walk in shower; these were our first requirements. Building was quiet, mainly occupied by long time residents, building manager Frank exceptionally nice and helpful, and we loved the dedicated parking spot in the garage, which would accommodate any size vehicle. Location perfect as well, right next to Belmont Park with ready access to Interstate 8 heading downtown or up the coast toward La Jolla. Condo was newly refurbished and clean, though we noticed some dust, probably due to street construction right outside which was going on for the duration of our stay. Unit well supplied; we actually didn't have by buy anything, which was very unusual. Plenty of paper and cleaning supplies available and kitchen well stocked with cooking necessities. The only suggestion I had for improvement was to add two more pillows, and more comfortable ones at that, in the master bedroom. There were only two on the bed and we each use two. Loved that we could walk outdoors and access either Mission Bay or the beach boardwalk in moments. We will not even bother looking anywhere else next time we come to visit family!

Perfect Rental for Retirees

This condominium property is on the fourth (top) floor overlooking Mission Blvd and was exactly as described in the listing description. It is accessible by elevator and has a walk in shower in the master bath so very user friendly to anyone with mobility concerns. It is also a quiet building, most residents having been long time owners. The building manager, Frank, was welcoming and so very helpful, answering all the questions we had. Turnkey also provided excellent communication and support. The unit itself had been completely renovated, was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room to move about given the often tight quarters of other San Diego rentals we had used in the past. We did not need the second bedroom but it had a bunk bed-- the upper level with a twin sized mattress and the lower level with a European sized mattress (larger) that could accommodate more than one person (child) if necessary. The second bedroom closet had beach amenities, such as boogie boards, sand chairs, etc. A BIG plus was the ground level parking space designated for our unit, so that we always had a place to park that was spacious and easy to access. Any traveler wishing to rent a larger vacation vehicle such as an SUV or full sized car would have no trouble getting in or out. Location perfect--easy to head north on Mission Blvd or hop on the highway toward Interstate 8, Ingraham Rd or downtown. Being close to Belmont Park made walking out in the morning to coffee shops and restaurants very handy. Not to mention ready access to beach or Mission Bay boardwalks. There were no downsides to this property. The only difficulty we had was finding the lockbox to enter as it was at night when we arrived after our cross country flight and hard to see due to poor lighting. Bring a flashlight or use app on your phone! Our favorite activity, highly recommended and worth every penny, was the Caravan Safari at San Diego Zoo Safari Park in Escondido, where we had the opportunity to feed giraffes and hippos up close and personal. Tour guides excellent; park immaculate and awesome variety of wildlife and plants. Torrey Pines SP also beautiful and if you're into wildlife check out the seals at La Jolla Cove--kids would love this!
