We also have great local folks who maintain and upkeep the house and can be available in the case of emergency.

Why Lisa Smith chose North Central

We lived in San Francisco for several years and were ready to find a place in the suburbs. We spend many weekends traveling to every town outside of San Francisco. When we found Burlingame, our search was over. Burlingame is the closest you can live to San Francisco without crossing a bridge and while being out of the fog belt. It’s sunny, warm, and has the best upscale downtown in the Bay area. Also, San Mateo’s downtown is less than 2 miles away, which has the next best downtown where art and color dot the streets.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is ½ a block to the town’s signature park – Washington Park. It’s a 2-block walk to Caltrain with access to San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Jose and the East Bay. Also, it’s a 25-minute drive to Half Moon Bay Beach – one of the prettiest beaches in Northern California. It’s also so awesome to be 7 minutes away from the airport.
