NEW PROPERTY! Amazing mountain views just steps from downtown Breckenridge. You can't be any closer to the action. This house is not only amazing, but was completely renovated by the owner who is an interior designer. The renovation provides an amazing upgrade, but also keeps the historic charm of this beautiful chalet. The main level features and spacious living room with ski area views, a wrap-around deck, exposed beams with vaulted ceiling, and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals with marble countertops, stainless appliances and joins the living area so you can cook and socialize at the same time. There is a dining area with seating for 8 plus 3 more at the bar.

The lower level features 2 separate living areas. The first are has ample seating and flatscreen TV (NOTE: fireplace is inoperable, it has been sealed and cannot be used). This is a perfect area for families and kids to gather. The second provides spacious area with seating and a flatscreen TV and provides an excellent place for games and activities the family can enjoy.

This home has a large king master suite with ensuite bath, flatscreen TV, private deck, and amazing views of Breckenridge and the ski area. There are 2 nicely appointed queen bedrooms on the main level that share a full bath. There is an additional 2 bedrooms on the ground level which are perfect for the kids. The first is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks and the second has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a bath. There is additional sleeping for 2 on the queen sofa sleeper in the lower level.

GETTING AROUND:

The property is located in downtown Breckenridge. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the Breck Connect Gondola. Main Street is a 2 minute walk. The property is just a 3-minute walk to the free shuttle route located on the corner of French St. and Wellington Rd. This is the Purple Route and will take you to most places in town including the Breck Connect Gondola, Rec Center, or Main St.

So as good as the pictures looked, they didnt do this place justice. The house was amazingly beautiful, designed and furnished. Also the location couldnt have been any better unless it was directly on Main St (but then you wouldnt have that view from the bay window!). We had 12 people and it felt like you could fit 12 more. So roomy and the room placement and spread was perfect so you didnt feel like youre on top of each other. I will definitely try to stay here again with a big group.
