Our home is a two floor townhouse with two space garage. It comfortably accommodates 5 adults and 2 guests under the age of 16. The whole space is available for your private use with no neighbors living above or bellow you. The private entrance leads into the main living area with ground floor lanai. The fully equipped, modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, large breakfast island, formal dining area, and a half bath for your convenience. The second floor plan offers privacy for 2 separate families. The spacious master bedroom with king size bed includes a small work space, bathroom with separate shower and tub, and a lanai with the view towards the ocean. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are connected through a full bathroom and each have their own closet space. There is a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a trundle bed (a bed with a pull out bed underneath) in the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom lanai has beautiful view of the mountains. The open den (with no door) provides an additional space to relax and can sleep one person. The laundry room is conveniently located on the bedroom floor. The house was furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. All rooms have fans that together with sliding doors and windows create a comfortable breeze. We offer basic cable and fast WIFI. Please note that the house is unsuitable for children under 2 years due to the unprotected stairs.

We decided to buy a home here because there is something for every member of our family and we are all happy here spending time together. We enjoy the spaciousness and comfort of the house, the constantly warm weather, beautiful nature, and stunning beaches. I enjoy relaxing on the lanai and taking walks in the neighborhood. My husband loves the slow pace of Kauai and the tropical climate. Our boys love the pool and hot tub, meeting new friends and the super fast Internet:) We all love boogie boarding and can spend hours riding the waves and hanging out on the beach.

Great townhouse location with plenty amenities
Clean, great for family vacation for the week. Washer and dryer was very helpful. Did 3 loads but needed more detergent for towels. Helpful owner with plenty of useful items, beach towels, beach mats, toys, chairs umbrella. Cool breeze at night helped a lot. The thermostat is set to 78 which was fine for us. If you want it lower than you’ll need to pay extra due to high energy prices on the island. Walk to the pool and bbq’s. Beware not to leave things outside. The Gardner had his weed eater stolen and our small ice cooler that was provided by the owner was stolen by the garage. Park only in the garage because you’ll get a warning if you park in the guest spot regardless of time limit. We were sited for parking up the street at my brother in laws unit for 3hrs. Just use the condo garage. Otherwise, a great stay and fun time with family. Quiet neighborhood and walk a short distance to queens bath. I would stay again.

AIR CONDITIONING USE Electricity is expensive on Kauai. We made our house energy efficient where possible, but the A/C, hot water, clothes washer and dryer usage is still expensive. We will grant a 25 kwh quota per day. Usage beyond that will be charged at $0.85 per kwh over the quota. When our electric company provides the data (typically 2+ days later), a screenshot will be generated for you, your final costs will be subtracted from your deposit, and the remainder returned to you.
