When and how do I pay?
-50% of the full rental price is due upon booking. The final 50% along with the security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
-A full refund with no penalties is allowed for bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Do your published rates include sales tax?
-No, the published rates do not include sales tax. You will be assessed a 12.275% sales tax.
Do you charge a cleaning fee?
-Yes, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $125 will be assessed for all stays.
What time are check-in and check-out? Do you offer early arrivals and late departures?
-Check-in is 4:00pm MT and check-out is 10:00am MT. Both early arrivals and late departures are available but not guaranteed. Please check with our property management company to coordinate any changes to the standard arrival and departure times.
How many cars can I park?
-The HOA allows ONE car to be parked in the cover garage below the building and one car parked in the uncovered parking spaces in front of the building on a first come first served basis. (Please note parking for a second car is not guaranteed and additional parking over two cars is not possible.) Please reach out to our property management team prior to arrival to obtain information on additional overnight parking.
