This house is located in the North Shore area of Chattanooga, just a few minutes from downtown. Located near Frazier Ave. where many shops and restaurants are. The house is perfect for families or several couples and has everything you would need and enough space to enjoy your time in the scenic city. The lowest level of the house has it's own living room, bedroom, bathroom, bar and patio. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The main living area has a large foyer, living room, kitchen, dining area and deck with grill. We are a short walk to Frazier Ave. easier on the way down. Forest is a long steep hill so the walk back up might be difficult for some people. Once on Frazier you can cross the street to walk across pedestrian bridge to the other side of the river where the aquarium is located and many other sights.
3000 sq ft home, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms located in the North Shore

We had a group of 9 people from several different families traveling together. This home was absolutely perfect for us! Lots of space, plenty of kitchen accessories and the little things like coffee filters, dish detergent and trash bags that were very helpful to have on hand. The location was close to everything and we truly enjoyed our time there. We definitely recommend this home!
This property was perfect! We had 6 adults and 2 children stay here and had PLENTY of room! My grandpa even said it "felt like home" the moment he walked in! The location was perfect, an extremely short 3 min drive to downtown Chattanooga (restaurants, Aquarium, shops, etc). The kitchen and living room were very spacious and tastefully decorated. Our 8 family members were able to relax, cook, eat and enjoy quality family time without feeling confined. The bedrooms provided ample space and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate. I can't say enough good things about this home! We would absolutely stay here again!
Home was clean and upgraded nicely. Had everything we needed. Close to nice restaurants and activities. Not the best neighbors but didn't have any problems. Chattanooga is a beautiful area on a beautiful river.
Everyone in our family loved the house and the surrounding area.
The layout of the house was perfect for our family. Four families from four states came to celebrate hubbys 75th birthday. The owners have made their home so comfortable and inviting. They have it stocked so well as far as anything your might need..
There are alot of eating places and shops a short drive. You can walk it but there are some intense hills.
Our daughter walked it every morning and even on to the pedestrian bridge.
Any of us would recommend staying at this property.
If you have a chance while in the area, stop by McKays Book store.
Again, if looking for a place to stay in Chattanooga, please consider this property..
Great space for multiple families!
We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Chattanooga thanks to Casa de Forest. The home's layout was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. It was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all necessities (i.e. towels, toilet paper, and dishes). It's in a great location, but we found ourselves driving everywhere because it is near the top of a big hill. We were thankful for the ample off-street parking, too! The owner was very responsive to my inquiries and even arranged to have a Pack N'Play and high chair available for our use. I highly recommend this property!
We had 7 adults and 2 children for 4 nights in Chattanooga. We had plenty of room for everyone and adequate space for us all to gather for visiting. Samantha was very good about providing us with a Pack and Play and a high chair for our 2 yr. old grandson.
We did not try to make the walk down the hill as we knew it would be a struggle coming back up!
We enjoyed our stay.
