This amazing 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, home in Southold is perfect for a getaway to Wine Country any time of year. The house is newly renovated and in perfect condition – truly one of a kind! Situated on a quiet street, with lots of privacy and comfort, this great location creates the ideal get-a-way for a family or group of friends that are looking to enjoy the best of the North Fork.
The location is central to all of the best spots on the North Fork.... a 0.6miles to the village of Southold, 0.9 miles to the Southold LIRR station (great for those that need to make trips to/from the NYC during your stay), 2 miles to the closest vineyard (Sparkling Pointe!), 2 miles to Horton Point Lighthouse, and a 9 minute drive to the village of Greenport.
All furniture is brand new and the house has been setup perfectly for guests to enjoy your time away without worries. The house only gets used by the owner on occasional weekends, so when you walk in you feel like you are stepping into a brand new house!.... not a house that has been lived-in for years and is tired and worn out.
The first floor is setup with the great kitchen, half bath, dining area, and 2 living rooms. One living room has a new couch and TV, while the second has the amazing wood burning stove (we have fire wood). Upstairs - 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the second floor.
The huge backyard provides plenty of space for playing games, enjoying the fire pit, or relaxing on the deck. On the deck is a Weber propane bbq with all the necessary tools to enjoy grilling. All of the furniture on the deck has cushions that are in perfect condition. Enjoying your morning breakfast and coffee on this deck is pure joy.
There is Optimum WIFI which reaches the backyard. Brand new Samsung TV’s are setup in the living room, and 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms.
The pool is amazing and very enjoyable throughout the summer months.
Central AC is another summertime comfort!
