This home has 4 Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, Bedroom #2 has a Queen sized bed, and Bedrooms #3 and #4 have Full size beds. In addition, 2 twin sized mattresses ( with linens) are also available.

The Master Bath boasts a tub and a spacious , beautifully constructed, shower area. Bath #2 has a double vanity with 2 sinks, and a tub. Bath #3 ( on the ground floor) is also a full bath, has a spacious shower area, and a single vanity/sink.

Beautiful beaches, including Clearwater, St. Pete., Dunedin, with other fun activities are within half an hour's distance. So are the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (with the famous dolphins Winter and Hope!) and the beautiful Dali Museum with changing exhibits.

Busch Gardens, Disney World, Universal Studios and other theme parks are within one hour's driving distance. Great central location close to all major hospitals and 15-20 minutes from University of Southern Florida and McDill Air Base and downtown Tampa including the charming Hyde Park District. Also within half an hour are all Port of Tampa Cruise terminals.

Very nice property and very clean.

We had a few issues with AC systems which was remotely controlled. Downstairs of the home very cold and upstairs in the bedroom warm, sometimes even hot. Owner responded very quickly with our request for assistance in getting this AC issue resolved. I would highly recommend this property. Very convenient location.

Great place to stay! Lots of room.

Our employees stayed in this location for 9 nights. They were extremely happy with the stay. The hosts were understanding and helpful. I would recommend this place and we were definitely stay there again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Home was as pictured. However, there was no community pool access.

This was our first experience with VRBO. Location was chosen because one of the amenities was community pool access. However, there was NOT a pool. After contacting the property manager, we were told that the owners "hit the wrong button" and we should go to the beach. (no sand for us). We are from Kentucky and being at the pool everyday was top priority. No pool access ruined our stay. An impromptu overnight stay by my 4 year old grand baby was even ridiculed. We will not return to this property.

Owner's Response: 1) At the outset, Debbie S. went back and forth with us for a number of days, finally making a reservation only after we agreed to a large discount. We should have recognized the warning signs, but unfortunately, being new at this, and new to VRBO , we failed to do so. Since the guest was also new to VRBO, we had no available reviews about her to refer to. 2) Sometime after the beginning of her stay, this guest decided that the temperature of the water in the home was not warm enough for her showers ( Guests had stayed happily at the home just prior to her stay ).The temp. of the water heater was routinely set in the 120 to 130 degrees range. Without alerting us or the property manager, she increased the temperature of the water heater. This resulted in a protective anti- scald system being activated in the plumbing system, and water stopped flowing into the faucets. Our property manager had to call in a plumber to fix this problem at extra cost to us. 3) When the property manager went to the house, she saw that a child was staying there. The second adult guest told the manager that it was her grandchild and the child was staying there for a few days. Ms S's reservation on VRBO stated clearly that the reservation was for 2 adults, 0 children. At no time, either in writing or verbally, did Ms S. alert us that an extra person, a child, would be staying there. Had she done so, we would, of course, have happily agreed to this. 4). Two and a half weeks into her four week stay at our home, Ms S. told our property manager that she wanted the Owners to call her. I called Ms S. and she started talking about how disappointed she was that there was no pool close to the house. I acknowledged that indeed there was not, and that was clearly visible in the multiple photos of the house and surrounding areas, posted on the VRBO site. I said she must have seen that very soon after her arrival and I wondered why she wanted me to call her about this NOW, two and a half weeks into her stay. Ms S. replied “Well, we kept walking around the neighborhood. We thought we might find the pool.” Finally, she acknowledged that she now wanted a “.... discount of $1000.” VRBO rules state clearly that any major dissatisfaction with a property must be reported within the first 12 hours of arrival or at most, by the next day. Ms S. left our home in good condition, but given the above facts, we would certainly not want her staying at our home again.

Wonderful Home

During our recent visit to the Tampa area we stayed at this beautiful home. It has obviously been totally remodeled top to bottom and has all the amenities you’d want. The home is in a very nice area and centrally located with numerous stores and restaurants nearby.. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying at this home.
