Our home will give you yesterdays charm with todays conveniences. It embodies lived in comfort in one of the best areas of Philadelphia. Our home was built in 1925, and although it has had some renovations over the years, it still bears the charm and character of its age. There are small chips, blemishes, cracks, dents and every other kind of mark that signifies life was lived on our walls and especially our floors. Our home is not state of the art or brand new. But we hope that you find some comfort in our imperfect home.
Living and Dining Room: Walk through the beautiful curved vintage door to an open floor plan living and dining room. Large comfortable seating with flat screen TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Philadelphia. Dining room table seats 6 so whether you’re cooking your own inspired meals or grabbing take out, there is plenty of room for everyone to eat.
Kitchen: The bright full kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and deep sink. Any and all kitchen gadgets you would need are right at your fingertips. Full refrigerator available to keep your beverages cold and your leftovers fresh for those late nights.
Bedroom 1: The spacious front bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a small desk for any last minute work. There is also a single fold out mattress and a full air mattress with extra linens and pillows that can comfortably sleep 2 extra guests if needed. Large closet can hold any and all of your clothes if you decide to unpack.
Bedroom 2: Large middle bedroom also has a comfortable memory foam queen bed with spacious closet.
Bathroom: Full bathroom has oversized vanity with lots of space for all your toiletries. Huge soaking tub with shower helps relax your muscles after a long day of walking the city streets. Soft towels and bath salts are provided to keep you relaxed and recharged.
Outdoor space: Cute backyard patio just outside the kitchen has seating and small table if you’re craving some quiet and fresh air.

All of Philadelphias sports stadiums and concert venues are just a 5 minute subway ride down the street! So if you are in town for a special event you are in the perfect location. Centered in between the stadiums and center city, you can easily experience all Philadelphia has to offer!
Our home is located just one block from Broad street where you can access any and all public transportation for around $2. A map of center city philadelphia with public transportation routes will be available for guests to take with them around the city. Uber and Lyft are readily available and are less than $10 a ride to all main attractions. There is metered and free parking on the street outside the home. We provide a detailed map identifying streets with free parking for your convenience!
