Great property for 2 couples in a lively neighborhood.

This place is clean and in a good location- can walk to an abundance of restaurants, pubs, shopping. The rooftop patio is superb with great views of downtown Denver. It’s not easy to find a place with your own private patio as big as this one. It only needs a table & umbrella so you can dine alfresco.

Another plus is the 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Makes this place the perfect one for 2 couples or a family. Again, I would only suggest another chair in the living room as there’s only comfortable seating for 3 people.

But this place is excellent and I highly recommend it!
