Duck Creek Village, Utah is a perfect home away from home for day-trips to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brianhead and the Shakespearean Festival in Cedar City.
Our guests enjoy all the comforts of home after their day's adventures. The cabin is on a quiet, woodsy lot with a fire pit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows in the evening. We regularly have woodland creatures visiting our lot. Deer roam through our property, many species of birds eat right on our front porch, and we've even seen wild turkeys.
I have a big family, I wanted to stay at a cabin that would be very comfortable for my family. This place was AWESOME! it had everything we wanted. It was nicely heated, had so many accommodations, and conveniently located. My family felt right at home. We would definitely come back to this cabin again.
We had a great stay at the cozy log cabin in Duck Creek Village. We used it as a base to visit four national parks, so we didn't spend a lot of time there, but we found it to be comfortable and well equipped. It rained hard several nights, and we loved hearing the rain on the roof. The downside of the rain was the impact on the road which became quite rutted. I wished we'd been in our SUV. My only other wish was for better lighting in the living room. We're a family of readers and would have appreciated brighter bulbs. Overall, the cabin was great, the area is beautiful, and it was fun to see wildlife, especially the marmots, every day.
We absolutely LOVED our stay at this cabin, it was exactly what we were looking for and we did not want to leave. It was stocked with everything you could dream of. It is so peaceful and serene and we enjoyed just listening to the silence. We had two deer encounters: one strolled on by while we had coffee on the deck one morning and one came within 15 feet of us, checking out our campfire one evening. It is centrally located between Bryce and Zion National Parks, making it so convenient to explore both. We are from the Midwest and may not be headed this direction again, but we will be telling ALL of our family and friends about this cabin should they be traveling to Southern Utah.
Perfect size for everyone one to have their own space. Beautiful interior with that cozy cabin atmosphere
We would highly recommend this property. The kitchen was well equipped and the wood stove was exceptional. Great fire pit.
Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park are both within 45 miles. Hundreds of miles of ATV/Snowmobile trails.
