The owners preserved the architectural pedigree of the home (circa 1954) while updating it for the way we live today with a new gourmet kitchen, updated baths, 5 flat-screen televisions, and hi speed internet access. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this property captures the Palm Springs vibe of yesteryear while being very 'Next Century' at the same time.
THE LIVING SPACES Desert Chill is light and bright with a spacious open concept floor plan. The well-stocked gourmet kitchen gives way to the formal dining room that seats 8-10. The adjacent lounge area features plenty of comfortable seating, a huge flat screen television, and a gas fireplace. The layout is ideal for spending time with your entire group. Large seamless windows reveal the private pool yard - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs style. Everything about this vacation home says relax, chill out, and immerse yourself in the desert lifestyle.
THE OUTDOOR AREAS Desert Chill is resort living at its best. It is well-suited for extended weekends, week-long stays and as a seasonal vacation rental. The sun-drenched back yard is completely walled for privacy and is shielded by a 10 foot tall ficus hedge. You'll enjoy the beautiful heated, in-ground pool that is surrounded by chaise lounges, a gas barbecue, al fresco dining, and grassy areas that are great for lawn games, kids and dogs. Gather around the firepit for a night cap, and take a midnight spa under the stars. Day or night, you and your travel companions will spend hours together - laughing, sharing and making memories. There are even some great tucked away spaces that are just right for grabbing some alone time curled up with a good book.
THE SLEEPING QUARTERS There are five deluxe sleeping quarters that all have hotel-quality mattresses, flat screen televisions, and ample storage. The master has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bath, and direct pool access. The separate king-sized guest casita also has an ensuite and direct pool access. The three additional queen guest rooms each have easy access to the two hall baths. Past guests have all commented on how wonderful it is to have a bathroom for almost every bedroom.
THE LOCATION Desert Chill is tucked away on a lovely residential street in Sunrise Park, just minutes from our Farmers Market, Casino, Desert Regional Medical Center and the Convention Center. There are restaurants, grocery stores, sandwich shops and other neighborhood conveniences in walking distance to this fabulous home. Bustling Downtown and the recently revitalized Uptown Design District, with its world-class art galleries, fine dining, night clubs and Tiki bars are just a few minutes away by car or Uber.

The person whose name is on the reservation (considered the responsible party) must be present at the time of check-in and produce valid ID. If the responsible party will not be present at the time of check in, a copy of your photo ID must be sent in 4 days prior to arrival to confirm identity and age.
EVERYONE MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO STAY AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, unless the parents of the guests under 25 are staying at the house also.

There is garage and driveway parking available but if you are going to park on the street, please only park in front of this house. There is a 5 car maximum allowed at any time at this house.
