Located on the dry sunny side of the Big Island this 2br / 2ba ( sleeps 6 )1300 sq. ft. townhouse # 1701 is fully air conditioned and is located within just a 10 minute walk to the beach, golf, tennis, shops and high end restaurants. Also renters have PRIVATE ACCESS to a beach located within the Mauna Lani Resort. Our townhouse is upgraded with high end furnishings and stocked with all the necessities to make your vacation a memorable one. Just furnished with new rug, furniture in the living room plus brand new towels, wash cloths, sheets and pillow cases in the guest room. Private wrap around lower lanai with a Viking BBQ. Upper lanai off of your master bedroom for enjoying a nice cup of Kona coffee or an evening glass of wine as you watch the beautiful sunset. The master bedroom also comes with a Tempur Pedic 2 stage adjustable bed set up so each person can adjust their own setting preference.The kitchen comes with all the necessary tools for your cooking pleasure / a gourmet chef's delight as well as a new Samsung frig and GE Profile appliances. There is a FULL SIZE washer and dryer in the laundry area. Especially if you have kids staying. As a bonus there is an attached garage to either keep your vehicle in or just use it for storing your fishing,scuba / snorkeling gear or whatever you wish to keep out of the main living area. In the garage are boogie boards and a full beach cooler. The master bedroom with TV is located on the second level with its own private full bath. The guest room is located on the first level for privacy and also includes a private full bath. The 2 twin beds can be moved together if desired. The living room has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. FREE INTERNET. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is gated and is a low density resort property including a large pool and health club.
Walk to high end restaurants such as Ruth Chris, Tommy Bahama and the upscale Browns located in the Fairmont Orchid Hotel and all within walking distance. There is also a nice high end Food Land grocery store within walking distance carrying a well stocked assortment of fresh meats, seafood, sushi, vegetables / fresh fruits, liquor / wine and spices galore.
Just minutes drive to many beaches including Hapuna Beach State Park and historic Mahukona Landing where you can see the original railroad station used during the " sugar cane days".
Our townhouse is centrally located so even though it is " The Big Island " driving anywhere is quite manageable.
