On the lower ground floor, there is a kitchen-living room with an oven and four gas rings, providing access to the garden and terrace. The upper floor, with a ceiling height of 180 cm and a rooflight, features one bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) and one French bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). This level also has a bath/bidet/WC.
