Welcome! Pacific Coast Vacation Properties is a full-service property management company based in San Diego. We specialize in real estate sales, long term, and short-term rentals.

We pride ourselves in being a helpful and reliable source to assist you in making your trip and stay a wonderful memory.

Below you will find details about our home, Capri by the Sea 911 located right on the beach in Pacific Beach.

It is important for you to read all details about your property. We highlight everything you need to know about your vacation rental in our listing, through emails, home manuals, in-home signage and phone correspondence. We want our guests to feel prepared, informed and at ease while staying with us. We are always available if you have questions!

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

Upon entering this impeccable, polished condo the incredible views of the beach, boardwalk and ocean will sweep you away!

The condo is stylishly decorated with modern pieces to give you the feelings of comfort and luxury. The single bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with new mattresses. The classy bathroom has a tub and with detachable shower head / sprayer. 

The living room has a large, flat screen television with smart capabilities, Cable and DVD Player. The full couch sits 6-8 guests and pulls out into a queen sized sleeper sofa.

The dining area has a beautiful wooden table with 4 chairs and a bench to sit 6-8. 2 additional folding chairs are located in the bedroom closet.

The kitchen has refined cabinets with a standard coffee maker, toaster, food processor, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, garbage disposal and dishware for 8-12 guests.

The bedroom has plenty of closet and storage space with an iron, ironing board, laundry basket, folding chairs, extra linens and blankets, a dresser with 8 drawers, luggage stands, overhead and lamp lights, a ceiling fan, and a large, smart, flat screen TV.

The foyer and closet provide some extra storage space for guests. The closet contains beach accessories such as beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and cleaning supplies.

There are ceiling fans and heating units in both the bedroom and dining room. The sliding glass doors to the small balcony provide the perfect, refreshing sea breeze. 

The Capri by the Sea offers every amenity you could want and need for your stay in San Diego. A single parking space is included with your reservation. The rooftop offers 360 views of Pacific Beach, with BBQ grills and picnic tables and lounge seating. A heated (80 degrees) pool and hot tub are located on the ground floor behind the Capri building and are accessible with your key fob. A washer and dryer (coin-operated) are located at the south end of the hallway just outside the condo. A trash and recycling shoot are located on the north end. Your key fob gives access to the parking garage, all floors, including the 9th floor and rooftop and pool and hot tub area. This condo is by key entry. Check-in instructions sent via email with provide more details about how to obtain your keys and fobs.

If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!

Attention Guest: In a meeting in July 2018, the SD city council voted on a de-facto ban for all vacation rentals in the city of San Diego effective July 1, 2019. This means that all rentals booked after July 1, 2019 may have to be canceled depending on what happens with the ordinance.  We do not know yet what changes will officially be made or if the implementation date may be pushed back, but we want to offer our homes and hospitality while we can. Please note, if you make a reservation for July 2019 or after, the city may require a cancellation of your reservation. We will be in touch with all guests on the progress of the city’s decisions on STVRs. The STR fight is far from over and really just beginning so if you love SD as a vacation destination and want to get involved in the fight, please visit ShareSanDiego.org where you can find out more details, contact the city council to express your disappointment in their decision, and contribute to our fight financially.

Walking distance to restaurants, ocean breeze and spacious

We had a great stay at this condo with a wonderful ocean breeze blowing through. We walked to breakfast in the morning and again for dinner in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Incredible views, perfect size for family of four to enjoy a beach vacation

We live in San Diego and decided to take a staycation for spring break. This condo was amazing. It was everything that we needed for our family of four and had all of the amenities. I love to watch the sunset and it was the most incredible perfect place to enjoy them every single night of this vacation. You are very close to the heart of Pacific Beach and Mission Beach is a bike ride, walk, or run away. You only have to wake up and walk out to the beach and enjoy surfing, swimming, running or walking footsteps from where you are sleeping. Love this condo complex and how they secure the property for home owners and guests. The pool and spa are close and a great place to hang out at. We will stay here again, guaranteed! Thank you for this awesome staycation close to home!

Beautiful view and great location

7 night and a Saturday to Saturday stay may be required during peak season (June - August). Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.
