About Vacasa, CA - Central California Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Winter Wonderland Tree house Escape

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is decorated very nice and felt very inviting and comfortable. We liked the open concept layout for the kitchen and living area. The upstairs living space had views of the lake and pine trees from all directions. We felt like we were in a tree house. The kitchen was well equipped with all cookware. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The cabin is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We look forward to staying here again.

Absolutely amazing place.

  • 5 of 5

Had a wonderful stay. Beds and bedding were so comfy, we slept like babies not wanting to get up. It was decorated so beautifully for the Thanksgiving/fall holiday! Had a roaring fire and sat out under the pines in the hot tub. Comfy sofas and chairs along with every amenity you could think of.

Great times at Land Bear Inn

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at the cabin in the Boulder Bay area. There is a peak-a-boo lake view from the large deck. It's a little confusing from the description where the bunk bed is that you see in the pictures. The door to the house is on the bottom floor and you walk into what could be considered a den. The bunk bed is right there in that room at the entry. It makes sense to have it there for the kids right outside the 2 bedrooms and adjacent to the bath, but it was a little unexpected when you walk in. The bedrooms are decorated so cute and the beds were super comfortable. There is stairs up to the open plan living room/dining room and kitchen. Everything was decorated for fall, so much attention to detail with the old-timey décor. The kitchen was amazingly appointed with pan and gadget you might need for cooking a gourmet meal. Great smart tv, so the kids can watch their YouTube shows. The hot tub was really nice and clean and hot and lit with Edison party lights, but it is out in the back yard under the trees as in the pictures. However, the cover is really heavy and only my husband could lift it to put it back on. All together is was a great place to stay and we hope to book it again.
