Each separately rented Vacation Bungalow is pictured. Each unit comes with a front patio porch to relax and enjoy the morning coffee or the evening sun. One unit has a back yard for pets too. Each Newly remodeled unit is cozy & comfortable and can accommodate up to 4 pl. (so if both are rented they can hold up to 8pl.) They are rented separately. Each unit is only 350 sq. ft. Beautiful accommodations. Bathroom (shower/sink and toilet) and Kitchenette (sink, mini fridge and microwave). No Oven stove top. On site laundry available, one secured parking space.
We offer HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime. We are pet friendly but require a deposit. No daily maid service. Pictures of Property show both units.

A $200 deposit is required in addition to rent. The $200 deposit is due with the signed contract within 5 days of booking. This is in addition to the total rent due and after your arrival is converted to a damage deposit. The total amount of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. If the full amount is not paid in 30 days prior to check-in, the booking will be cancelled.
If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged $25.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
No cancellations due to weather.
Cancellations received up to 60 days prior to arrival, ½ of deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival full deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit full deposit and owner will attempt to book another party for the same time period. Rent refund will be based upon full or pro-rated substitute rental.
The $200 deposit will be refunded to you within ten (10) days of your departure provided the following provisions are met:
• No damage is done to the inside or outside perimeter of the property.
• No linens, décor or household items are missing.
• House has not been smoked in.
• No pets have been brought in without permission.
SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
1.- I, the undersigned, renting 2627 Congress Street, San Diego, CA, 92110 for vacation or recreational purposes, agree to the following:
2.- I am responsible for full payment for the entire rental period: a $300 deposit being due with the return of this agreement and the rent being due 30 days prior to occupancy. Payments must be made by check or money order and payable to Old Town Gift Co Inc.
3.- The dates requested have been blocked off the calendar but the reservation is not confirmed until the Rental Agreement has been returned and the deposit cleared.
4.- Failure to make payments when due will result in cancellation of this agreement and forfeiture of deposit.
5.- I, our guests and visitors, agree to not smoke in the cottage or bring any pesticides or cleaning products. There will be no loud or large parties in the unit or on the premises. All listed previously will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to the neighbors.
6.- I, our guests and visitors, agree that any drug use of premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, violation of any law or ordinance on or about the premises will immediately terminate our occupancy and rental agreement of these premises.
7.- You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this home and provide proof of age, if requested.
8.- The home has a maximum occupancy of four (4) guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservations are subject to eviction.
9.- Owner or Owner’s Agent may enter the premises immediately in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours -notice, for normal maintenance.
10.- No pets on the premises except Seeing Eye Dogs. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted from the property.
11.- I shall be responsible for all damages, breakage and/or loss to the premises, except normal wear and tear and unavoidable causalities (deemed by the manager of the property) which may result from occupancy. I agree that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, etc., other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition as at the beginning of our stay. Damage by unavoidable fire and casualty is the only exception.
12.- The property will be left in the same good and habitable condition as when I arrive. Any damage or notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Property Manager within eight (8) hours of Occupancy. I understand the property will be inspected and cleaned prior to my arrival and when I depart. I agree that repair costs for any damages will be deducted from my deposit.
13.- I agree to indemnify and save Owner and property Manager harmless from any liability to tenant, tenant’s guests or invitees for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property arising from any use or misuse made on the leased premises by my guests or invitees.
14.- This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not permitted on patio either- only outside the gate. Cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. I agree that any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $50.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from my deposit.
15.- Prior to vacating the unit, Tenant is responsible to remove all the trash and recyclables, all dishes and cookware should be washed and put away and return any furniture that was moved back to its original position. Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillowcase left on.
16.- The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the tenant. However, any items left behind may be returned to Tenant for the cost of postage.
17.- Maid service is provided before and after your visit, however, no daily maid service will be provided.
18.- This agreement may not be assigned or the property be sublet, and is for tenant’s use only. No changes of locks of the unit is permitted. I will not use the premises as a location for amateur or professional film/video without prior consent and arrangement with property Manager.
19.- I agree to leave all keys provided when I depart or I will pay for replacement of these items.
20.- There will be a $5 replacement fee of any keys lost.
Force Majeure: There may be circumstances beyond our control, in which the property might not be available for your booking. Examples of these include (but are not limited to) destruction of severe damage to the property. In the event of Force majeure, we will refund all monies paid. This will be the full extent of our liability to you in such circumstances, and we will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation, howsoever arising.
