The Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre, Kimberley Alpine Resort (KAR, @SkiKimberley, #mykimberley), and Trickle Creek Golf Course are only a few minutes drive back down the hill.

Secure Wi-Fi throughout. Privately owned 3 bedroom Sullivan Stone Lodge townhome is located on the ski run 'Main' at the Kimberley Alpine Resort, so you will be just a few steps to skiing and adjacent to the Nordic Center for cross country skiing, or, Summer-time hiking and mountain biking trails.

A great family spot in the winter, spring, summer or fall. Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex catering to families and mature adults creating a relaxing retreat all year long. From May-October you will have access to several golf courses within a 20 minute drive and our home has central air conditioning if the higher elevation mountain breezes don't cool you down enough in the evening.

Sullivan Stone Lodge Unit #16 includes hardwood and tile flooring throughout. Upgrades to: Furniture, Flooring, Beds, Towels, Cotton Sheets, Appliances and TV's plus extra side windows make this a unique Sullivan Stone Lodge property. Open floor plan provides superior views to the mountains, valley, ski hill, and the quad chair lift - enjoy watching the skiers in the winter and the deer in the summer.

MAIN level features a wide open great room (kitchen, dining & living rooms), covered balcony, kid's bedroom and half-bathroom. It is very spacious with high ceilings, lots of windows, two leather sofas and two leather chairs plus a games table. There's a gas fireplace, 42in HDTV+PVR+DVD/CD surround sound system. Dining table seats eight (8) comfortably and the kitchen bar, or games table, can seat four more. The kids' bedroom sleeps four (4) in the bunk bed with full size lower, twin upper and twin trundle (roll-out), a 20in flat screen TV/DVD, full closet and storage chest. Out front towards the Rockies is the covered outdoor balcony with gas grill and outdoor dining table.

The back door off the main level provides direct ski access with many hooks and a boot dryer plus outdoor ski locker and bench.

The UPPER level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the private hot tub on the back deck. Master suite is very generous in size and amenities... full bath, awesome view of the Rockies, king-size bed, sofa (with queen sleeper), 42in TV, full size closet, desk and chair plus full dresser. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, 20in flat screen TV/DVD, full closet and storage chest plus full bath off the hallway. Washer and dryer are also on the upper level. Access to the hot tub is thru the upstairs hallway.

LOWER level provides street & garage access plus extra hooks for jackets.

Our unit is perfect for 4 adults plus 4 kids for the best privacy and can sleep up to 7 in beds and up to 10 including sofa beds. This is a non-smoking and no-pets home. Furniture was custom designed and produced locally with the wood pieces from Tree Fever in downtown Kimberley.

S K I : Kimberley Alpine Resort is perfect for families, with 70+ runs from beginner to expert. Majority of runs are Blues and Greens, but Single and Double Black Diamond runs are there for you brave ones. Night skiing on scheduled nights. If you have been on the ski hill, this is the end unit on skiers right just before you cross the skibridge. IT DOES NOT GET ANY EASIER than this to get on or off the hill. Want to stop in for lunch or a quick warm-up? No problem. Beware, you will feel spoiled.

G O L F : Sullivan Stone Lodge is within minutes of several great golf courses, offering a broad range of difficulty. My wife and I had a great week in Kimberley and really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was spacious, extremely clean, had all the amenities -- great views. The process for gaining access was really easy and the owners were great to deal with. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Off Season Stay

Our 4 day stay was not during ski or golf season. Still there were many activities to pursue such as hiking or biking. The unit is first class regarding all amenities. The owners must have been thinking location, location, location when they bought this unit as it has LOCATION regardless of what activities you choose. The views in all directions are totally spectacular.

Fantastic Mountain Getaway

Well appointed condo with plenty of room for two families (11 in total). Nicely set up with TVs, although wifi was quite slow (could hardly stream YouTube). The condo is an end unit, with a quiet full time resident on the other side. Location is obviously good for skiing, but is great for biking as well, with the Nordic centre only about 2-3 min away by bike.

Gorgeous property, exceptional location!

We were thrilled with our stay at this condo in Sullivan Stone. There was such a wow factor when we walked in with the large open space and high ceilings with views of the skiiers going down the hill. We couldn't think of a better location or condo orientation to the hill, truly the best ski in and ski out in Sullivan Stone. With our two families, including 3 children the bedrooms were perfect size and great having one on the main floor so we had easy access to the kitchen with our young baby. The hot tub was a welcome addition after long days of skiing. As well a quick x country ski to the Nordic club was a great bonus. We would love to return and stay in this fabulous property again.

Awesome Family Getaway!

We've been vacationing in Kimberley for about 5 years (former owners ourselves) and this is the best place we have stayed at so far hands down! We left feeling relaxed and truly spoiled. Thanks Hugh and family for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us! Our family of 5 (kids age 6,4 and 1) enjoyed all the room this beautiful condo on the mountain offered. The upstairs master suite was very spacious with super comfortable bedding along with beautiful views of the Rockies! The sleep sofa couch in the master suite would be perfect for the kids if you are visiting with another family. The "red room" on the main level with bunk beds and trundle was a huge hit with our kids. A great space for them and it and will be perfect for future stays with the cousins. The second bedroom upstairs would be perfect for older kids or another couple and provided a nice view of the ski hill. The open concept on the main floor provides the most perfect layout with lots of room for everyone. The abundance of natural light and fabulous views were thoroughly enjoyed! The kitchen was well furnished and the dining room table of solid quality with lots of room for everyone. The living room was one of our favorite spaces. Lots of seating on comfortable leather furniture, home theater surround sound system, Wifi, and cozy fireplace provided for many great afternoons of hanging out and evenings of watching movies. The games table (a brillant idea) with stools provides a great space for adults or kids. The BBQ and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed. Sullivan Stone is the premiere location for ski in/ski out on the Kimberley ski hill and this condo 's decor and high quality furnishings set it apart from other units in this development. This condo would easily accommodate two families with room to spare. The owner has done an excellant job describing the unit and the pictures on the listing accuratley reflect the unit. This unit was clean, well maintained and the owners were fabulous to deal with. We would definitley recommend this property to our friends and family and can't wait to get back for another stay soon! This was the first time we've been able to visit Kimberley in the fall and we really enjoyed taking in the beautiful fall colours. We had lots of fun longboarding, biking and jogging the Northstar Rails to Trails path between Kimberley and Cranbrook and were able to complete it with the kids over 4 days!

This has been a wonderful place to stay. Hugh has been fantastic at texting us and checking to make sure that all is good, the house is beautiful and the golfing has been outstanding. The air conditioning was a real bonus as the weather is fabulous. The condo is equipped everything we needed. Our expectations were surpassed and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
