Located 33 miles south from Kailua-Kona, just 63 miles to Volcano National Park.
Approximately 1-1/2 hours drive south from the Kona International Airport.
We are equi-distant between many popular tourist sites located on the Kona Coast side of the Big Island, i.e.Kealakekua Bay, City of Refuge, Kahalu'u Beach Park, Ho'okena Beach Park, Honomolino Bay, Punalu'u Black Sands Beach Park, Volcano National Park, Green Sands Beach, to name a few.
The last fishing village in Hawaii is just a 10 minute drive within the Milolii Beach Lots subdivision, where a trail leading to a coconut tree-lined black sand beach (Honomolino) offers fantastic snorkeling.
The village has a boat ramp and camp grounds and offers easy access for kayaking and deep sea fishing.
Two tandem kayaks and snorkeling gear available for your water adventure.
Tie-down equipment available for transporting the kayaks on top of all models of vehicles.

115 strides to the ocean front, you can enter the water right below the house for snorkeling.
Enjoy the crystal clear waters.
Be careful for the lava rock shoreline. Please use the rope hand railing to enter the water.

The snorkeling is excellent. The fishing here is some of the best in Hawaii.

You WILL see the whales during the day. You WILL hear the whales during the night.
Occasionally the Spinner Dolphins will say hello to you as they pass by.
You have a spectacular view fromthe lanai and a lovely breeze.
Lots of windows and sliding doors allow you to view the ocean from nearly every room in the house.
No A/C available at the house. Please enjoy the balmy ocean breezes that keep this house at a very comfortable temperature.
