Luxurious four ensuite bedroom villa, with swimming pool on large plot as part of the Emirates Hills development area. As a corner plot villa, both the front and back gardens are very substantial and complete with plants and trees, including two palm trees by the pool, outdoor covered seating area, and grass lawns front and back. This is a family home with plenty of toys and large playground onsite. The villa boasts a range of other facilities including a massive lounge (majlis) with extended ceilings and open floor plan, a fully furnished kitchen, dinning room, TV/Playroom, barbeque area, covered outdoor sitting (couch & chairs). Villa includes dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The grand master bedroom comes with a king bed, separate attached TV area, and stunning new marble en-suite bathroom. The Villa has 3 additional en-suite guest bedrooms (2 with double bunk bed, 1 with a king bed). All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with bathtub (3) or shower (1) and built in wardrobes. In addition, the TV/Playroom has sofa bed with queen bed.

Within Jumeirah Islands, the Villa is walking distance from the community Club (which holds a expansive Gym, climate controlled pool, Restaurant and Bar), community Park and Tennis Court, as well as being just minutes from the local Super Market. With a Central location and immediate access to shopping malls, sports facilities, parks and beaches, Jumeirah Islands is the idyllic residential community, providing all you could need just a moment away. The Villa is less than 3-4 minutes drive from the Jumeirah Lake Towers development and only 5 minute drive from Jumeirah Beach Residences and Dubai Marina.

Why Sharon chose Dubai

Our villa is a corner plot with large front and back green garden on a quiet cul-de-fac. We are walking distances to local country club with pool with pool side service that feels like hotel living. There are jogging and bike path surrounded the numerous lakes and local playground with tennis, children's playground and bathrooms. If you have family, Jumeirah Island is the perfect spot for you as we are close to all the major tourist spots but lots of space for your family!

What makes this villa unique

We are 5 minutes from Jumeirah Beach Walk, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake Towers as well as metro. Battuta Mall is a 5 minute drive whereas Mall of Emirates is 15 min drive.

We spent two weeks at this home on Jumierah islands whilst enjoying a family reunion in Dubai; family meeting half way round the world from Canada and Iran. The home couldn’t have been more perfect. We had a fairly large group and we never felt like we were ‘on top of each other’… the children had lots of space, with toys and books to amuse them, and fun outside playhouse and swing set. The pool was much appreciated even in winter (we Canadians are a hardy lot) and the outside sitting area was used often as a gathering place. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, we had absolutely everything we needed to make meals for our group. There are two washing machines which also was a luxury for a large family, we dried clothes in the dryer and also on the portable line outside in the sunshine.

There are three bedrooms upstairs as well as a kind of nursery room that is a full room, but attached to the master suite - with each bedroom having it’s own bathrooms and shower, so that each family truly had a private place to unwind if they wanted. Every space in the house is quiet - so even though there were babies we all slept well and the babies could have restful naps. There are two bedrooms on the main floor also, so ‘Grandma’ had a main floor bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom (maids quarters presumably) has bunk beds. Both these bedrooms also have their own bathrooms and there is yet one more ‘powder’ room on the main floor. Everything was there that we needed to clean up - vacuum, mops, etc. so we did our own cleaning for the most part.

The owner is lovely - Sharon did everything she could to put us at ease in terms of making a deposit in advance from a long distance. You will find the owners to be people of their word, as everything was exactly as she said it would be including arranging the person who would meet us to give us keys at about 1-2 am! He was a very kind contact person, who was available throughout the stay if we needed anything. We left some important papers behind, and they were very kind in going to the trouble of returning those papers to us by post.

The location, unbeknownst to us ahead of time, was perfect. At first it will seem like a slight negative b/c this place is tricky to find! It seriously took us a couple of days to get the hang of getting into this little enclave, but it’s very conveniently located to everything we were interested in (Marina, Beach), and we felt 100% safe here. It’s very private and quiet, as well as beautiful.

Amazing Villa in Center of New Dubai! Very close to JBR beach!

We are an American family who came to Dubai for first time. There were 8 in our group and we fit perfectly! The Master Bedroom is the size of 1 bedroom apartment in NYC with large sitting room, separate dressing area, plus massive bedroom with large King bed! Gorgeous marble bath with both large tub and separate shower. The living space was open and spacious with high ceilings and grand staircase. There is separate TV room with lots toys and DVDs. Jumeirah Island is very natural private development with large homes, bike and running path, club house and small shopping center with restaurants and shops. The villa is central to new Dubai with Dubai Marina and JBR Beach only few minutes away. We never heard any sounds from local mosque so that problem must have been solved. Quiet, peaceful yet close to everything! Highly recommend.

Fantastic place

We stayed for a week at this lovely villa in Jumeriah Lakes. It was so close to everything. The home was luxurious and had everything we could need. Each room was spacious and had it's own bathroom. The master was incredible with it's own little living room space. The house seemed to go on and on and there were large gathering and eating areas as well as little spots to hide away. The pool was so clean and a perfect size for a dip or games with our family. There is some much needed shade right in front so we could interact with those in the pool. The area of Dubai is so amazing. A big city that didn't feel like it. The malls were incredible, the marinia and beaches were awesome and we went on a dune riding and desert dining experience that was so amazing. There is so much to do and see in the area that we would have needed so much more time. We definately felt secure and even let our teenagers explore a few nights as so easy to get around and taxis available. Sharon and Peter are wonderful host and so accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect villa for a large family

We were three families sharing this gorgeous villa, me and my wife, our daughter with husband and two kids of 6 and 2,5 and our son with wife and their two kids of 16 and 2,5. The villa is big enough to accomodate at least 10 persons and plenty of room in the garden to play and relax. The villa has everything you need for a vacation, both inside and outside. The area is very quiet except for the praying five times a day, but that is hard to avoid. :-)

The listing description was accurate, especially the "book" that Sharon send us before we arrived. The payment went smooth and Sharon answered every question promptly we had, both before and during our stay. Thank you Sharon!

When we arrived we found the property clean and mostly well maintained. There were some lights in the front garden and back garden that were not working, but I assume Nic has fixed it now. (It is Nakheels responsibility.)

The owner provided very good service and answered all questions promptly. Although we rented two cars we called for taxies a couple of times and you need to be patient at times, but they will arrive.

Jumeirah Island is very pretty and quiet and can be used for walking and exercise. Several times we used the Jumeirah Islands Club which is 20 minutes walk from the villa. You only pay DHS 50 per adult during weekdays and DHS 100 during weekends, children half price and free for 0-4 years. The food is good although not the cheapest but dinner is excellent! Pancakes for breakfast was a hit with the kids!

The large Spinneys has everything you need and try out the restaurant Shakespear & son beside Spinneys. We will recommend you have a car but it works without as well. We recommend not to walk to the Metro as you have to cross a heavy traffic lane at Jumeirah Lake Towers.

If you would like to go to the beach and have a car, we can recommend the public part of Jumeirah Beach behind Saga world at the beach road.

We can also recommend to watch the sunset at the bar of Sofitel at Jumeirah beach walk or Budda bar lounge which also has good food. Other attractions well worth visiting are Atlantis water world, Wild Wadi, skiing at Mall of Emirates, Dubai museum, and much more!

We do not hesitate to recommend this villa to families that need lots of space and a quiet and safe place to stay. Jumeirah Islands is like living in paradise!

Really Perfect Vacation in Dubai

To be honest we found this villa to be a perfect location to explore Dubai including the beaches and many shopping malls. The villa was surrounded by lakes and trees and it was in many ways home away from home; cliche though that may sound. Very nice garden, a massive master bedroom and similarly sized TVs! My husband enjoyed golf and water sports with our two oldest sons and we even went skiing in Emirates Mall. Dubai Marina is 5 minutes away and we loved the Buddha Bar down at JBR. I tanned by the pool, now back to face the Scandinavian winter... Perfect.

The Islands have 50 Clusters with each segment comprising of 16 individual villas bordered by landscaped areas waterfalls, canals, and lakes with seawater. Jumeirah Islands was completed and delivered in 2006. The development offers a desirable lifestyle and is very well located with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.

Our villa is walking distance to the local country club, Jumeirah Island Club which has large swimming pool, children pool, restaurant, bar, fitness center and pool service for cocktails and snacks. Jumeirah Island is a green and tropical oasis in the middle of desert with beautiful lakes, birds and ducks.

We are short drive to famous Jumeirah Beach Walk (5 min) and Dubai Marina (5 min) as well as excellent shopping including Battuta Mall within 5 min and Mall of Emirates within 15 min. It is an excellent choice for families with children as there is large playground and pool onsite and within walking distance (less 1 mile) there are large picnic/grass area, sand box, large playground, bike paths, hotel size pool with bar service, tennis courts, spa, bathrooms, etc.
