On Fridays in the summer from 4p-7p, ride the free River Run gondola up the mountain and take in a bluegrass band and breathtaking views of the Rockies from atop Keystone Mountain (pic attached from one of our adventures).
Lake Dillon features a large amphitheater hosting live bands (free!) every weekend all summer long. Breckenridge is only a 90 minute bike ride (we've done it) for those who want a bit heftier workout, with some great meadows and peaks for stellar photographs along the way.
All five Summit County towns (Dillon, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone) are within 20 minutes away and each town has fun activities and events going on every weekend.
