Perfect base for a family vacation in London
This was our first time using VRBO to rent a apartment and it was a great experience that exceeded our expectations. Communication with Kate was a pleasure from the first message until checkout. She was always availible, positive and reassuring. Arrival to the apartment from Luton through St. Pancras was simple and Kate had someone meet us at the apartment despite the late hour. The apartment is exactly as presented - spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It has everything a family needs for a great stay - nice enclosed garden, washer and drier, stable Wi-Fi and television with numerous channels. Primrose hill is a pleasant residential neighborhood with some pubs, restaurants, stores and a beautifull park nearby. The tube is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and there are also numerous buses going into town close by. Highly recommended overall!!
So happy you enjoyed, thank you and look forward to welcoming you again.
Charming and a fabulous location
This garden flat worked very well for us and the location was perfect for getting around town. It was two blocks from the tube and the neighborhood shops and restaurants were delightful. Primrose park was nearby and offered a great view of London. The flat was clean and the landlord lives upstairs. There was a small but quiet backyard which afforded a nice place to sit and have a bottle of wine and cheese. Would definitely come back to this place again.
Relaxing and quiet place
My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect base for our visit. It was close enough to Central London (via the underground) but, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kate was very accommodating and flexible; we ran into small problems with the flat and she addressed them as soon as she can. We will definitely stay there again.
Nice basement flat in a great area
The flat is located in a wonderful location-right in Primrose Hill. It is a short walk to the Chalk Hill Station, shops and restaurants.
This is a basement flat which is nicely decorated. It is quite small and not really functional for two couples. It would be perfect for one couple and small children. The small bedroom only has room for a bed with only 11 inches on each side of the bed. There is no storage, night stand, or dressers in this room, nor any space to put your suitcase. The other room does have a dresser and two small closets, but the closets were full of extra linens and cushions for the patio furniture. Therefore, there was limited room to hang our clothing. Our party was two couples. Since there was no room in the small bedroom for one couple to keep their things, we had to share the dresser and closet area in larger bedrooms, which was inconvenient.
When we arrived at the flat we were told there was a problem with the plumbing and we could not turn the heat down. We had to leave the heat at 20 degrees Celsius which was really warm! We were also without hot water for the first two days. However, when we told the owner they sent over a plumber and this was fixed.
There were many nice touches. We were supplied prosecco and wine for our arrival and bread, coffee and milk for the coming morning. There was also a large bouquet of flowers.
There is a nice garden, but since it was February we did not have an opportunity to use it.
very nice apartment.Everything there to use inside.Very centralwith permit parking being useful if needed.Excellent location for. Shops restaurants and dog walks on Parliament Hill

Galley Kitchen with dishwasher, larder fridge and full size cooker. Separate utility area with washing machine and dryer. Full wifi (including wifi enabled tv) throughout the apartment.

Part of a Stucco fronted conversion, our 2 bedroom flat is a luxurious bolt hole in the best part of London! moments from either Regents Park or Camden Market and just a short walk to Soho and the West End.
Public Transport: It is a 5 minute walk to Chalk Farm tube and 10 minute to Camden - both of which are about 10-15 minutes to the centre. There is a bus route which goes to Selfridges on Oxford Street too. To walk from the flat through Regents Park is 10-25 minutes and then five minutes to Marylebone High Street or Oxford Street.
Primrose Hill is regarded as one of the most beautiful viewpoints in North London. It has almost 360° degree viewpoint over the city and a view that takes the 'Urban-ness' out of London. Although London has become more developed, Primrose Hill, set in the middle of its park grounds, preserves itself as a capsule of London 100 years ago.
It is a truly unique village, hidden in the centre of London - very close to the centre, yet surround by Royal Parks. A small village, with Camden, the trendiest part of London just a short walk away.
