Great unit!

We were very impressed with this unit. The pictures do not reflect new paint, flooring, furnishings. Our family of 4 was delighted to each have a bed to ourselves and the new changes allow for up to 8 people to sleep and eat. Very convenient walk to skiing and dining. We will rent this unit again!

Nice Place, Great Location, Bad Experience!

The place is nice and the locations is great, in the village but I was very disappointed with the property management company. I was charge $70 upfront for parking which was important because I was traveling with a 10 month old and a 3 year old. We arrived in a huge snow storm 10+ inches, terrible to drive in, showed up early at 1pm and tried to get in early, Pinnacle told me the unit wasn't ready and they would call me. Ok, we drove around and went to get lunch, I received no phone call or text and finally called them back at 3:50, cause check was listed at 4, they said yes the place was ready and we could come pick up the passes, great, thanks for the call. Get there and they said they don't have any parking passes left for us and parking wasn't guaranteed. I've never heard of paying for parking two months in advance and showing up and not having parking but I was furious especially because of the snow and kids. They told me I could pull underneath to (yellow parking) unload and then valet and they would refund my money for the valet. Well at the village you cannot get into the garage without a parking pass, and there is really no good place to unload in-front of your building unless your in the garage. It was a complete disaster. Pinnacle told me some would be turning in the parking pass the next day and they would call me and I could come pick it up and park there the following nights. They also said they would refund me the parking fee they charge me, on Saturday they specified that they meant refund only for Friday night. I showed up at 10:30am without receiving a call and got the parking pass. Told them about not being about to unload like they said underneath and they ened up refunding me $50 of the $70 dollars I was charge to cover the valet parking and tipping. The place nice, but there are four building in the Village and I will probably try to avoid the few that Pinnacle Properties Manage. Oh yeah, another nice thing is right after you book and pay they send you a friendly email with the contract that states if you don't sign and return the contract - "If not received within 48 hours, your reservation may be cancelled and all monies forfeited." All money forfieted. HA

Antero #1404 was the perfect condo for our ski weekend in Breckenridge. The property management team was amazing and very helpful. The condo is right at the base of the Quicksilver lift and very well appointed. We will be back.
