ZION * BRYCE Midway 3-Story Cabin

Nestled on a hillside stand of Ponderosa Pine trees between two vacant tree-covered lots, the Zion * Bryce Midway 3-Story Cabin (also known as Deer Haven) is located midway between Zion and Bryce Canyon, less than 60 min drive to either park. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and peaceful seclusion in a relaxed setting. This is a spacious, comfortable mountain cabin with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, high speed internet, 4 smart TVs, 2 Blu-ray DVD players, movie collection, and 2 NEST remote controlled heating thermostats. Conveniently and easily accessible right off of Hwy 89. (Note: no A/C however, the cabin faces North, shaded by trees, most summer days the cabin stays cool inside.)

The large 2nd floor deck and outdoor fire pit areas are both great places to enjoy the cool mountain air, watch deer walk, and relax with family and friends. Enjoy grilling on a 2-story porch deck with views, or toasting marshmallows over a wood fire in the fire pit (if fire ban not in effect), note you'll need to buy wood at the gas station located on the corner. The forested hillside and private adjacent lot add to the feeling of privacy.

The cabin has three levels and you'll have access to the entire cabin minus only the single car garage. The main level (2nd floor) living room/kitchen/dining area is open and spacious with beautiful views of the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient for meal preparation. There is also a full bath and laundry room on the main level. The home is equipped with 4 smart TV screens in each bedroom and the living room, a Blu-ray DVD player, movie collection, and high speed internet Wi-Fi for your convenience (30mbps). Power strips in each room have 2 USB charging ports on them for your small devices to recharge, just remember to bring your own cable.

The upper level (3rd floor) has two large bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is a king-size bed in bedroom 1 and a queen size bed in bedroom 2. Both bedrooms are extra spacious, each has a sofa seating area and flat screen TV.

In the walk in/out basement (3rd bedroom, great for kids) there is a second family room with a smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player. The full size sofa is a pull out sleeper and there is also room for kids in the full/twin bunk beds. There is a half bathroom off of this second family room. Multi-family groups will enjoy having this separate space and privacy within the house.

We live in Las Vegas and will coordinate check-in logistics with you via email, text messaging, and phone. An electronic key-less code is used for entering into the house through the back door. We will send you a personal key code 1 week before your scheduled arrival date.

We recommend your first night to arrive before nightfall unless you are already familiar with the area. Keep in mind Hwy 89 and Hwy 14 are both very dark roads with lots of deer crossing the highway especially during the summer so keep an eye out and drive cautiously.

We pay our cleaning service person a living wage i.e. the minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs. We recognize our cleaners provide essential support and provide excellent and dependable hospitality to guests. When cleaners are paid a living wage, they’re better able to: support themselves and their family, perform consistent high-quality work, and take time off to care for themselves or a family member.

Perfect spot for Zion and Bryce
Wonderful property for a family visiting both Zion and Bryce. We landed during early Spring, so some snow made the trip even more magical. Thanks to Brant for hiring someone to plow the driveway and allowing us to get on our way Easter morning. Excellent all around.

I bought this property because of the location, floor plan, mountain views and being surrounded by tall trees that keep the cabin cool during the Summer. The 3 story floor plan offers a lot of privacy throughout the cabin, good for the adults and the kids.

What makes this property unique

Quick and immediate access to Highway 89 and nice mountain views. Private property privacy. Huge kitchen with everything you'd need to prepare any meal: microwave, oven/range, crock pot slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, eating utensils, knifes, coffee/tea cups, glasses, plates, bowls, mixing bowls, past strainer, grilling utensils, cutting boards, double sink, dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Open floor plan with lots of windows. Large second floor covered deck with a giant BBQ gas grill.
