Charming Studio except with a Bedroom!
Wonderful yard for our dogs to run around in and Willie Blue, the host dog, is a sweetheart. Very convenient to restaurants (try Fox Hill for fine dining), and other services; the neighborhood is lovely and perfect for that morning walk with the fur babies. Couldn’t ask for any nicer or more responsive host than Jim.
Had everything we needed!
This was a nice little apartment unit with everything we needed. The unit had a microwave & dorm size fridge, a loveseat, recliner, high table with 2 chairs, and a full size bed. We had our 4 dogs with us who thoroughly enjoyed the back yard. We arrived after 10:00pm and were able to park under the carport and let the dogs out into the yard where they met Willie. It is very convenient to downtown and is in a nice neighborhood. Jim was very responsive and was available to answer any question. He checked with me each day of our visit to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be checking with Jim to see if the apartment is available when we are in the area in the future.
Cosy and comfortable!
Thanks, Jim, for sharing your lovely and comfortable apartment for my stay in Wichita Falls last weekend! It was so nice to stay in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood for the weekend instead of a hotel. I appreciated your attentiveness and hospitality!
The owner was very friendly and asked for suggestions to make the property better for his next visitors. We loved the huge backyard and his dog Willie who loved to play with our greyhound. The home is set in a historic section of Witchita Falls close to the main roads by car.
great place to stay in Wichita Falls
So much nicer than most the older hotels in town. Its located in a nice neighborhood and was perfect for me and the wife as a small cozy place to stay. Close to anything in town you need including the Hotter than hell start line, restaurants and highways. One note, it takes time for the hot water to warm up so let it run, sit back and relax.
Great stay in Wichita Falls!
I would highly recommend Jim's place. Not only is it situated in a beautiful historic neighborhood, but it has a fantastic backyard. I brought my two dogs and they loved playing in the backyard with Jim's pup. Jim could not have been more hospitable. All around great stay.
