Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo only minutes away from Hwy. 54 and Bagnell Dam. Great view of a quiet arm of the lake with 28 ft dock (extra charge for dock) to start your excursions from during your stay. Complex has 3 pools, tennis courts, children's playground, and one reserved parking spot with ample guest parking. Take a walk or jog around the complex and enjoy plenty of cardio hills with very little traffic.
A wall of windows lake side allows a beautiful view and lots of light most anywhere in the place. A patio overlooking the lake and the pool allows you unobstructed view of your friends and family at the pool and dock while someone is cooking on the outdoor grill provided. Propane gas grill is available for your use.
This is our home away from home when we're visiting our family in Missouri. We have a few floats and water toys available in the home but if you enjoy something special, feel free to bring them. We enjoy the tranquility, gorgeous views, convenient location to stores, highways, and lake side amenities when we're visiting. We hope you do, too.

Why Barbara Stewart chose Osage Beach
Our entire extended family is in Missouri very near this condo. When we come to visit we enjoy having our own place to stay and play. Since we've bought the condo, we no longer have to go visit our family. They all enjoy coming over to our place at the lake! We play in the pool, swim in the lake, fish off the dock, play tennis together, and enjoy all the shopping and restaurants in the area! I've tried to bring all the amenities that we enjoy to the condo and feel that you will enjoy them, too. Since I work while I visit my family I've brought a desktop computer with wireless access in. That should make the workaholic in your family better able to vacation with you.
What makes this Condo unique
Starbucks, HyVee, Target, and several other favorite shops are just up the hill. The Outlet Mall and cinemas are only a couple of miles down the road. And rent your own water sport vehicle around the bend of the lake. We always manage to do all of the above every time we visit.

Perfect lake condo
This is a great unit. Condo complex is close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. The unit is right by the pool and has lovely view of the lake. Will definitely use again!
Wonderful Family Weekend
The condo was as advertised and Barb made the entire process very easy. Being right next to the pool and lake was very convenient. We enjoyed fishing off the docks, swimming in the lake off the swimming platform as pictured in the property description, and swimming in the pool. The balcony was spacious and we enjoyed spending time out there in the evenings. Overall it was a great experience. Upon leaving my family all shared the same sentiment, we'd be happy to come back.
The condo was great and had everything we needed. The location next to the pool and overlooking the Lake was great. It was very relaxed and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, floating in the Lake and fishing.
This condo has a beautiful view! It was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was conveniently located! Loved it!

This Agreement is by the parties listed in the VRBO/HomeAway reservation, Tenant(s). It is expressly understood that each Tenant is jointly and severally liable for the payment of rent and performance of all other terms of this Agreement. Party making the reservation will insure that all adult members of the party are aware of the rules and regulations regarding this property and this reservation. By making payment through the VRBO/HomeAway system. All adults are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. The dwelling is to be occupied as a private residence only for the person(s) named and listed in the VRBO/HomeAway online reservation system. Without Owner’s prior permission, no other persons may live there or occupy the dwelling. Any person or persons occupying the dwelling other than those listed above will constitute a breach of this agreement. An additional charge of $50.00 per day will apply for every person occupying the premises not listed on this agreement Arrival is no earlier than 4PM and departure no later than Noon on the final day. The reservation is not confirmed until payment is received including sales tax, dock fees, cleaning fees, and security deposits. Dock fees are $15 per day extra. Arrangement for payment should be made with owner in advance. Security deposit is refundable if Tenant(s) leave the dwelling reasonably clean and undamaged as determined at the sole discretion of the Owner. Reasonably clean is defined as leaving it in the same condition as provided at the time the Tenant(s) take occupancy of the premises. Owner may deduct charges for any costs incurred as a result of Tenant(s)’ negligence and damage to the property and/or failure to clean the dwelling leased by Tenant(s). Furthermore, all rents must be paid through the last day of the initial lease term or any extension thereof. Tenant(s) may not apply any part of the security deposit to rent.
