Beautiful New Oceanside Duplex! This duplex is back to back, not side by side, and does not have the feel of a duplex. Each side of Duplex has its own private driveway, parking, and porches that face different directions. If you are planning a large family gathering this duplex has doors to connect both sides which can increase your sleeping capacity to 28 (or more if small children). It is one of the few homes on the island with such a large sleeping capacity and sufficient off street parking. Each side has it's own elevator and covered parking for convenience when arriving and departing with luggage and groceries. Each side also has it's own tank less hot water heater so everyone will have a hot shower when returning from the beach.

Master Bedroom with bath, Queen Bed. 3 more spacious bedrooms with queen beds. Top floor includes a bonus room featuring 4 single beds, lounge area and bath (perfect for all of the kids or teenagers.) Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances that is open to the great room featuring a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. Porches on 2 levels looking onto your own private wooded area with views of the sound. Short walk to beach access. Minutes from new public marina for boating. (Marina is 1/10 of a mile up the road.) Shopping and restaurants are minutes down the road. Wonderful location for lots of family fun. If you enjoy biking this duplex is adjacent to the Emerald Isle bike path with over 10 miles to enjoy.

We have always lived in Kinston, NC and wanted a place for our family to enjoy at the beach. We designed and built the home based on features we have enjoyed as renters through the years at Emerald Isle.

We chose Emerald Isle because of the beautiful beaches and proximity to our home in Kinston. We love the quaint town of Emerald Isle and enjoy spending time with our family and friends here.

We love to sit in the rocking chairs and share stories with family and friends!! We love using the grill, relaxing and of course, sunning on the beach. The ocean and beach are truly therapeutic!

                                                          We rented out both sides for our family of 22 and it was perfect! The location was just a short walk from the beach and the children loved the large bedroom upstairs! Allowed for them to have there own place and the adults to have some peace and quiet!

                                                          This home is very large and spacious. Lots of room for large family gatherings. The house is furnished and decorated very well. Lots of covered deck space to enjoy the outdoors and get out of the sun. The kids really enjoyed the upstairs bedroom play area. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent this home again.

                                                          A Wonderful Place to Vacay

                                                          We simply had the BEST time staying at Pharmasea for the week. My family enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the spacious upstairs room for our kiddos, and how close it was to restaurants. The house was big enough to accommodate people of all ages and was able to house both mine and my husband's families. It was super clean and just what I envisioned. It was a wonderful week filled with grilling, relaxing, and enjoying one another's company. We will definitely be using this house for many years to come. The owners were super nice and accommodating making sure we had everything we could possibly need for the week.

                                                          Located 1/10 of a mile from the new 22 acre public boat ramp. This NC wildlife ramp is the largest on the North Carolina coast with 4 ramps and parking for 111 trucks and trailers. There is a long boardwalk out into the sound that is great for watching the sunset. This is a great area for late day pictures on the water when the sun is going down over the water.
