Why Scott Ungar chose Vail
This townhouse is in a quiet residential neighborhood which is located on the north side of I-70 and gets an abundance of sunshine year-round. The Booth Falls hiking trailhead, ranked the best hiking in Vail, is only a few steps from the townhouse front door! Located just a short walk to the bus stop, you can hop on a free shuttle that will take you to all the wonderful and adventurous things to see and do in the Vail Valley. Awesome views of the waterfalls from the deck, and two amenity-filled stories make this townhome a gorgeous and affordable Colorado mountain retreat.

Great comfortable place to stay after long days of skiing
Warm beds, comfortable furniture, functional kitchen. Overall great place to stay, close to Vail and also short drive to Keystone, Breck, and Copper Mountian if you want to mix it up like us.
We had a great time during our stay in Vail. This condo was very cozy.
The condo had all the amenities we are use to at home and provided us with a very pleasurable stay. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Vail area. The trailhead that starts right from the parking lot proved to be a great addition to our stay, and the convenience of the local Vail bus made our travel to and from the villiage very easy. I could definitely see myself owning a place of this caliber some time in my future. You will not be disappointed.
