Our spacious 5th floor condo is located on Lake Dillon in Frisco, CO. Situated close to I-70 and within walking distance of Starbucks and Natural Grocers. If driving, Safeway, Walmart and Whole foods along with several ski shops and restaurants are less than a mile away. Guests can easily venture to Frisco's Main Street restaurants and shops using the free bus less than a block from our front door. Summit County also provides convenient FREE shuttles to the local ski resorts. Copper Mountain, Ski Breckenridge and Keystone are all a short distance. Guests choosing this property can expect a tastefully decorated condo with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and new appliances. In addition, the property includes a large living room adjacent to the dining area which seats 6 at the table and 2 at the counter. There is a laundry closet with new full size stacked washer and dryer. The sectional sofa includes a queen size sleeper and the dining area has a dresser with drawers for guests personal items. There are 2 folding luggage racks in the unit for extra guests using the sleeper. Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom
Guest bedroom with two twin sized beds
Also available are a community outdoor hot tub (please remember NO GLASS ALLOWED AT HOT TUB), outdoor grill and table. We also offer a large one car garage with storage area for skis and boots. Once in the garage there is access to the building and luggage racks - then on to the elevator to the fifth floor - no climbing stairs in the altitude! Please note, ski boots are never allowed anywhere inside the building. If you need parking for a second car, you may park in any space outside that does not face someones garage, but car must be moved by 10am the next morning if snow plowing is necessary. On that note, please realize that snow storms are considered a natural disaster and there are no refunds due to snow. Sometimes it can take a while to get a parking lot snow plowed and cars can be trapped in the garage. There is a large broom and a snow shovel in the garage if needed. The association does everything in their power to keep the parking lot clear, but again, cannot control the weather.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip. Again, snow storms can cause problems getting to and from the condo - you never know when the interstate will have to shut down due to severe storms. Colorado does a great job keeping the roads clear, but there are no guarantees that they will be open when you must have them and we cannot give refunds for things we have no control over.
Also, the unit is in a condominium and there are things we have no control over. For instance, it the hot tub is not working, the HOA does a great job with it, but sometimes things happen and it has to be closed and we cannot provide refunds.
