About Tina Walter
I'm Tina Walter, my sister Lisa and I grew up in this house. We love it and enjoy having guests that will love it too. Mom and Dad bought it from the original owner/builder and we are always making changes and improvements to keep the house fresh, comfortable and enjoyable.
Tina Walter purchased this House in 1976
Why Tina Walter chose Venice
The beach house is quintessential Venice. Built in 1904 when Venice was in it's grand heyday. It's a great way to experience Venice and Los Angeles, in comfort and style.
What makes this House unique
The house is 2 houses from the sand, so swimming and playing on the beach are our favorite pastimes. We like to walk to our favorite local restaurants and people watch on the Venice Boardwalk. The house is great for casual entertaining, the dinning table will seat 12 and we've furnished the kitchen with a lot of dishes and silverware to make sharing our home with your guests a snap.

Excellent home and location!
Very clean and comfortable, with every amenity you'd need. I stayed here with two other adults and four kids, and there was enough room to be very comfortable. Not only was the house great, but the location is fantastic -- literally one block from the beach. We hope to stay here again soon!
Such a fantastic house and location!
We had such a wonderful time that we asked to stay an extra day. The location was prime with easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. The house was clean and check-in and check-out was easy. We could see and hear the ocean from the master bedroom and at night the mockingbirds were singing and lulling us to sleep. There were so many interesting things in this house to look at and I wished my mother was alive to join us as she would have appreciated all of the antiques and detail. It was nice to have everything we needed, including beach stuff so we didn't have to pack all of that. It definitely felt like home and we will be back again. Our first experience in Venice Beach was a complete success. So many things to do there. We rented bikes and biked on the path to the Santa Monica Pier. It's also easy access to Los Angeles to visit museums and other places. Thank you Tina and Lisa!
A True Sanctuary!
Right in the thick of the action and such an oasis at the same time! Beautiful, breezy, cozy and centrally located. We had a great time!
Overall great time and nice place
Eveything about this house was nice for the most part. The location to venice beach is awesome. 2 parking spots is great. Eveything is walking distance. Very close to Santa Monica. The house had a cozy and warm feeling. My only complaint was some dishes were dirty. Including the pots and pans. Maybe overused too for some. So we bought paper plates and decided not to cook much. Overall I would stay here again. Thank you Tina.
Great location, very comfortable house and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay.
