incredible property, best beach access.

Our stay was incredible as usual. Consecutive beach bar night parties were a bit much. Figuring out how to deal with that next time. Will be looking for a Tuesday to Monday booking, missing the Monday night noise.

Superb location. Steps to the beach & best restaurants in St. Martin.

The property is directly on Grand Case Blvd & is newly renovated & beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment maximizing privacy. The apartment has everything you need to ensure a perfect vacation. The apartment has two decks: one open with chaises, the other is protected with a table & chairs. Since the apartment is literally on the beach you can get out of the sun when you've had too much & then back to the beach. The beach is typically calm & great for kids vs other beaches where the surf can be rough. The apartment is between two restaurants: Captain Frenchys & the Rainbow. Great food. Both have entertainment several nights a week with techno music playing late into the night. If noise of that kind bothers you this may not be the spot for you or bring earplugs. We typically stayed out late those nights so the music didn't bother us much. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. Best beach & best restaurants right outside your door. You'll have a great and memorable vacation.

Very noisy, busy, and at times very chaotic. Not a place to find peace, quiet, and relaxation

While the pictures and description of this property depict a lovely condo unit right on the beach where one could relax and find peace and quiet, which is what we look for, this unit is anything but that. It is bordered on either side by two beach bars that draw a young energetic crowd and with it the noise and 'hubbub" that goes with that. The beach is anything but quiet as it is jammed everyday with folks who are patrons of these establishments. While the unit itself is nice with the balcony and all overlooking the beach and the close proximity to the wonderful eateries in Grand Case, it is not the place for anyone looking for a relaxing, laid back vacation trying to sooth the weary soul. If you are a "party animal" then this may be just the place for you. It obviously wasn't for us.

We are actually discussing with the authority about this two restaurants that doesn't respect the law(time to shut down the music). The thing is that at the top of that you came at the period of carnival,and it is always a "special time" in the Caribbean. Fantastic apartment on a beautiful beach

This was our second time in St. Martin/St Maarten. Last time we stayed at the Westin on the Dutch side and decided to try out Grand Case this time. So happy we did! We stayed here over New Year's as a family of 4. We loved every aspect of the apartment, except the noisy neighbours (Rainbow Cafe). We arrived on a Monday which is party night at Rainbow. We had dinner there and enjoyed the music and dj. However, maybe we are too old but around 10pm the music got louder and stayed at that volume until 3am! I had been pre-warned about the Rainbow noise and brought ear plugs for everyone but even that didn't help. I guess it was to be expected during New Year's week, but party night also happened on New Year's Eve (Sunday). Thank goodness it ended a little earlier on NYE. Unfortunately, not something that the owner has any control over.

Adalgisa and Christophe were fantastic during our stay. Adalgisa met us when we arrived and went over everything in the apartment. We did have to call twice (the refrigerator wasn't cooling on the second day and power went out on another). Both times, they came over quickly and resolved it.

The kitchen was fully stocked, and even included a blender which we used to make pina coladas and enjoy them on the patio. Beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are very spacious. Safes in each bedroom. We spent every evening out on the patio listening to the waves crash. The views of the beach and Anguilla are amazing (Anguilla had great fireworks on NYE!).

We loved the location of the apartment, within walking distance of so many fantastic restaurants! We spent a couple of days on the beach in front of the condo, headed out to other beaches during the other days, but ate in Grand Case every night. It was so nice not having to worry about driving on the island at night. There is a little bakery (Le Moulin) just around the corner, where we grabbed breakfast every morning, then brought it back to eat on the patio.

Having the onsite parking was a great convenience. Not sure I would have wanted to park in one of the parking lots in Grand Case, at least not overnight. And it wouldn't have been easy to find parking on the street. We rented a compact SUV (Daihatsu Terios) per earlier reviews. You definitely need an SUV to enter the short, but steep underground garage entrance. Inside the garage is quite tight, but definitely had the hang of it and was pulling in and out of my spot like a pro after a couple of attempts.

Beautiful , big, prime location apartment !

Very nice , big and beautiful apartment ! With the large terrace right on the beech ! Close to the best restaurants on Grand Case . Very convenient location if you traveling with a child ( medical clinic is across the street from the building , groceries , pharmacy, cafes, Rainbow restaurant ... Everything is walking distance!) We will definitely come back ! Thank you !
