- sleeps up to 4-5 people comfortably(2 twin size beds in the bedroom, updated in Aug 2016 queen size sofa sleeper with a comfy foam mattress) and a single size pull out guest bed for an additional person. twin beds can be used separately or combined into 1 king size bed)
- small kitchen appliances, hair dryer, iron+board- bed linens, towels, kitchenware and utensils are provided for the guests
- some beach gear might be available.
