Fyi, yellow towels in master bath were old and scratchy.

Very grateful for the folder w directions and helpful info for around town!

The condo was very nice. My family enjoyed their stay at Beech Mountain.

  • 5 of 5

Ashley was very helpful leading up to the rental and provided timely feedback to my questions. The view from the back deck was fantastic with all the snow. Would certainly consider this unit for a future stay and recommend to others.

Snowy MTN Retreat

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay. Very nice and cozy. Loved coming into the home to a fireplace to warm up. Had the coldest days ever, but still enjoyed. I would recommend 4 wheel drive.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback and for your stay at NRV33 - we are glad you enjoyed! 4WD or AWD during the winter months is a very good idea when the roads may be icy.

Nice location

  • 3 of 5

The property was just as described but not completely described. It was comfortable, had all the amenities and it was well located. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there were 30 outside stair steps down and 30 outside stair steps up to and from the apartment. My wife just got out of a walking cast a fortnight before our trip. If that had not been the case we would have been out of luck. I am a pretty fit 70 year old and found all the steps a bit tough when bringing in our things on arrival and taking them out again on departure. Also the instructions for the fireplace advised it could only be operated for 15 minutes at a time.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback and for your stay at NRV33! I am so sorry to hear of the difficulty with the stairs to NRV33 and apologize for any oversight in description. Even though NRV33 is an "upper level unit" in the complex, there are 30 stairs down Staircase C (pictured in the listing) to the front door of NRV33. For safety reasons, per the HOA, it is recommended the gas fireplace be left on for 15 minutes at a time.

So close to the slopes- perfect option for family who skis

  • 5 of 5

We love the place and it was perfect for a family of four. I will say the basement bedroom (a full bed and twin bed) is down a very tight spiral staircase- it is fine for smaller people or children but it is a bit of a challenge if you have a heavy load or do not do stairs (but there is a side door so you could always do that if needed). Also I can't say for sure but there may have been in a cat at some point on the bedding in the basement- our daughter is very allergic to cats and she had a severe allergy attack when hanging out with her brother for about a hour down there- could be a fluke thing but most likely a cat as that is the only thing that causes her allergy attacks. Kitchen was great- had a mixer, crockpot, and tons of other stuff. Place is very cutely decorated - hard to find that in the area. The fireplace is nice as well. Best part was literally 3 minutes to the parking lot to the slopes---closest we have ever stayed.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your stay at NRV33 and for the feedback! I am so sorry to hear of your daughter’s allergy attack. Our home is pet friendly so it is likely at some point there may have been a cat in the home. We will be sure to have our cleaning service double check any possible pet dander on all bedding. Thanks again!

Amazing views and cozy condo!

  • 5 of 5

We spent thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed our stay very much. We cooked a traditional thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed to prepare it in the clean, well stocked kitchen. We got a lot of use out of all the comfy seating in the family area and watched more football than you can imagine on the large screen tv! We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!
